I had an outstanding experience with Hemorsa Tours on my gorilla trekking trip. The agency was extremely professional and responsive from the very beginning. They explained the entire process clearly, were always available to answer my questions, and made everything remarkably easy — including the payment process, which was smooth and straightforward. Their prices are also very competitive compared to other operators.

A special mention goes to my driver and guide, Gilbert, who was truly exceptional. He drove safely and confidently through challenging roads, and he shared so much knowledge about Rwanda, the volcanoes, and the gorilla families. He is kind, patient, and passionate about his work, and he made me feel safe, relaxed, and fully taken care of throughout the day. Thanks to him, the entire experience felt effortless and unforgettable.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. It was very well organised and our guide was very  knowledgeable, friendly and had great communication skills. The accommodation and food was excellent. We had such a wonderful experience with awesome memories. We highly recommend this tour.
