Trip of a lifetime!
We spent 10 days and 9 nights on this amazing safari exploring Botswana and Zimbabwe...and it honestly wasn't enough! Our itinerary took us through Okavango, Chobe, Vic Falls, and Hwange NP, each offering a different, but equally amazing, experience. The level of professionalism and hospitality that we encountered from the guides and staff at every stop was next to none. A big part of the success of our trip was thanks to our travel agent, Karina. She took the time to cater our itinerary based on our budget and types of experiences we were looking for. She provided personal insight from her own travels to help us make the most informed decisions on where to stay and for how long. At each stop, either the airline or lodge manager knew what our next destination would be and had the logistics already figured out. This allowed us to be completely phone free during our trip which was a huge added bonus. We would give 10 stars if we could. Communication, service, value, and reliability of everyone we encountered on our trip was all top notch. If you're looking to book a safari, we highly recommend using Karina and Safari Online. They made what can be an overwhelming process simple and fun. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Responsive to our needs and professional
We were looking at the last minute for a Safari in the Okavango Delta in Botswana. Karina at Safari Online understood our needs and quickly put together a professional proposal with a few options to give it a bespoke feeling. From pick-up at arrivals at Maun airport to check-on for the return flight, everything went seamlessly with staff along the way to guide us along. The camps, staff, guides and activities were top-notch and they delivered an incredible experience leveraging all the Delta had to offer. Safari Online’s mix of camps allowed us to do everything we had hoped for over six days. Safari Online displayed great professionalism and knowledge of the area and delivered a great experience.

Our trip was so well organised from Ilona, any changes we made to the original itinerary was not a problem for her and every single detail was well thought out and well communicated to us during the trip with the staff.

Brilliant Throughout
Thank you to Ilona for a wonderful safari experience in Botswana. We have been to Africa on a number of occasions but not to Botswana. We researched about 8 different companies and selected Safari Online. Ilona was instrumental in that selection, extremely helpful in advising on the areas and lodges to go to to meet our needs, and the price point was very competitive and super value for money. The communications throughout was second to none with real clarity on what we needed to take , what would be provided etc etc, which meant we ended up in a very relaxed frame of mind when arriving on the safari. Even when our flight was cancelled at the last minute Ilona ensured our international connections would not be disrupted. The safari itself was a 40th wedding anniversary celebration and it was exactly what we were looking for. The lodges , staff and knowledgeable guides were excellent and we saw all the animals (and more) that we were expecting and learnt a lot about Botswana . The icing on the cake was the surprise 40th anniversary dinner which was a lovely thought. I cannot recommend Ilona and Botswana highly enough. Thank you for a great holiday and wonderful memories

I was planning an 8-night trip to Botswana for November 2024 and though my trip had to be canceled due to personal reasons, I still want to leave a review for Kareena from Safari Online. Before speaking with Kareena, I had been in touch with 3-4 other travel agents and curators for about 15-20 days. However, their quotes were far too high and didn’t align with my budget. Then I found Kareena through SafariBookings.com, and I was pleasantly surprised by how genuine she was. She provided a well-planned itinerary that fit perfectly within my budget.
From the moment I reached out to her, she was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. She designed a beautiful trip that I was very excited about.
