Absolutely reliable and focused on the needs and wishes of the customers

I booked, as a solo travler, a „6-day Northern Parks Safari with
Migration“ with Zanzi in September 2026. We went to Tarangire Np, Serengeti Np, Ngorogoro and Lake Manyara Np. Every place has his very own character and is absolutly worth seeing (i just would not advertise Lake Manyara with the ‘tree climbing Lions ’, so that no false hopes are raised. There are other highlights, such as hot springs, which could be highlighted).
Our mixed group was so lucky to have had Aron as our Driver/Guide and also Erick as an additional Guide. These two gave our Safari a very personal, special and fun touch, i loved it. They always did their very best to fulfil our wishes, and whilst Aron was able to concentrate on the road, we were able to ask Erick all sorts of questions about animals, people, cultur, the local area and everything we were interested about.
As a vegetarian, the food had not that much variety, but it was daily delicious and enough.
After my safari, I had some free time in Arusha, during which Restituta showed me round. She took care of the planning and had great recommendations for what to do and was generally always available throughout the whole trip. Everyone I’ve met at Zanzi has always provided me with excellent service; i have felt very well looked after and welcomed.

One thing i would change: driving up from central Serengeti to the Mara River in Northern Serengeti to see the Great Migration and on the same day back is too much time spend in the car, just driving main road. I would recommend to stay at least one night in nothern Serengeti to increase the chance to see the Great Migration, or skip the trip to the northern part and spend the valuable time in central Serengeti at a game drive.

Me and 2 of my friends went to a 2 day safari trip accompanied with our guide Aron who is working for Zanzi Trekking and Safaris.
One day in Sangiri, one day in Engorongoro.

Im really happy with the experience. The guide was great, nice, honest and well-trained. The payment went smoothly and so did the traveling, hotell and overall logistics.

Me and my friends had an exeptional time and all three of us can 100% agree this was a great experience and nothing to regret.
I would definitely recommend Zanzi Trekking to help organize your safari trip.

Amazing Safari with Aron

Me and my two friends booked a two-day safari and had the amazing opportunity to meet our incredibly competent guide Aron. With a genuine passion for all species, Aron provided us with amazing knowledge about everything we wanted to know. Also, we had an amazing stay at a safari camp site, where we had the opportunity to watch an amazing sunrise and have a long dinner together with our guide. We had a very cozy time hearing about his life and his passion for his job, and because of him, we had a vacation we will never forget!

The safari was amazing! We had a guide named Aaron that was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the animals and their different behaviors. It felt like Aaron really like his job and did everything he could for the client, although, not to much. He let us have our own time so it was well weighted between the guide and the privacy. We could really trust the guide because of his knowledge and we felt safe. He also wanted us to see the most we could in the parks and we sure did. We got to see loads of animals and learn very interesting things about the behavior and small details we otherwise wouldn’t have known. A great experience!

We travelled with Zanzi in July 2026 and had an amazing time. Communication with them was smooth, and they helped answer a lot of our questions when planning! We climbed Kilimanjaro via the 7-day Machame Route and did a 4-day Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro safari as well. Staff (guides, porters, cooks) were amazing throughout and went above and beyond to make our time in Tanzania special. We joined a group public tour for Kilimanjaro but were only 2, and for Safari, we had 4 more people with us in the car. The Zanzi team also helped us plan the itinerary and were flexible and understanding. This package was also the most value for money. I did research and spoke with many different companies, but Zanzi gave the best quotes. Restituta also went out of her way to make my stay safe and uncomfortable. I highly recommend booking with Zanzi Trekking and Safaris!
