Safari Zero One was fantastic to work with and made our Dubai trip feel smooth, organized and stress free from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, they listened to what we wanted and suggested a smart sequence of activities that flowed well instead of feeling rushed. All the basics were handled professionally, from tickets and key bookings to timing and simple tips that helped us avoid avoidable hassles, so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. Our experience felt personal rather than “copy paste,” and I would happily recommend Safari Zero One to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and well organized tour company for Dubai and beyond.

We had a truly memorable 2-day safari to the Maasai Mara with Zero-one Tours. I travelled with four friends, and from the moment we left Nairobi until our return, everything was perfectly arranged and stress-free.

The game drives were nothing short of spectacular. We spotted elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and many other animals in their natural habitat. The highlight for us was the early morning safari, where we experienced the golden sunrise over the savannah — an absolutely breathtaking moment we will never forget.

Our driver-guide was not only highly knowledgeable about the wildlife and landscapes but also warm and approachable, which made the journey even more enjoyable. The lodge we stayed in was comfortable, the meals were excellent, and the hospitality exceeded expectations.

A special thank you to Maureen, who coordinated our trip with great care and ensured everything ran smoothly. Zero-one’s organization and attention to detail meant we could simply relax and enjoy the adventure.

It was an experience filled with laughter, learning, and once-in-a-lifetime memories. I would confidently recommend Safari Zero-one to anyone looking for an authentic and well-coordinated Maasai Mara safari.

We booked a two-day safari with ZeroOne to the Masai Mara, including travel from Nairobi and two game drives — one on day one, and a sunrise drive on day two.

After finishing the first drive, we asked our driver about the plans for the following day, only to be told there was no game drive scheduled for day two. We showed him our booking confirmation, clearly stating the two drives we had paid for (as you will see from the picture, it is not ambiguous!), but he said there was nothing he could do.

We called our contact, Maureen, who admitted she’d made a mistake but refused to fix it or offer a refund. Instead, she offered a tour of a Masai village or a one-hour boat ride in Naivasha as a “replacement” on the second day — not exactly a fair swap for a missed game drive in the Mara.

The result? We paid for two drives and got one. The single drive we had was excellent — because the Mara is incredible — but Safari ZeroOne’s attitude was appalling. They showed zero accountability, zero effort to make things right, and zero concern for customer satisfaction.

This is a company you cannot trust. If you value honesty, reliability, and getting the trip you actually paid for, avoid Safari ZeroOne.

Spectacular

I couldn’t believe such a rich wildlife experience was possible so close to the city. Just minutes from downtown Nairobi, we found ourselves watching giraffes, rhinos, and even a cheetah resting in the shade—absolutely surreal! The landscape was stunning, from sweeping savannahs to wetlands and little forested corners. Our guide made the trip even better with his deep knowledge and great sense of humor. This was my first safari, and it definitely won’t be my last. Huge thanks to Safari ZeroOne for such a smooth, exciting, and unforgettable day. Already looking forward to the next adventure with you!
