Incredible experience beyond expectations

We were for the first time in Africa continent and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The communication with Vision was easy, and they always reached out to help before I ever felt the need to contact them. They helped plan the trip and assisted in every step of the process. Our guide was a delight and answered every single question with patience. We had warm and delicious lunches every day. Our accommodations were planned to experience different comfort levels, from the public Serengeti tent camp to the luxury camp sites. The whole safari tour left unforgettable memories, and I would not change anything. We 100% recommend booking a safari with Vision Safari. Thank you!!!

I thought our trip was good value for money and I particularly appreciated the quick response time from the tour operator. The food and accommodation was good and comfortable (important given I was travelling with my 70 year old mother). I would highly recommend. A few small things - on the first say our itinerary was changed and we weren't given any notice so there was some confusion among the group. No binoculars were provided even though it stated on the itinerary that they would be. Some hotels charged for bottled water even though the itinerary said that water and soft drinks would be free. But overall these are small things. We had a lovely adventure.

I highly recommend booking with this company. They are very proactive with their replies and they will keep in touch with you throughout the entire journey. They made sure to check on me via Whatsapp every day to ensure everything was going well. Trust me that great communication is not a given and should anything happen, you do want to book with a company that is always ready to assist. Special mention to our guide Godfrey who was very well prepared and made us feel as if we were in a documentary.

Our family enjoyed an exceptional six-day safari experience in Tanzania, which surpassed our expectations. We visited the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara, each offering remarkable wildlife encounters. While there were some logistical issues—such as changing vehicles and groups three times and experiencing some delays during the transfer from Lake Manyara to Tarangire—the agency managed these transitions adequately. Our guide for the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, Benjamin, was highly skilled at spotting animals and provided comprehensive information about the sites and wildlife, greatly enhancing our trip.
We also participated in a day hike on Kilimanjaro, which we recommend for those with limited time in Tanzania. Overall, the travel agency offered competitive prices and high-quality service. All drivers were courteous, the food provided was good, and we appreciated receiving branded t-shirts and a keychain. Based on our positive experience, we confidently recommend Vision Safari to anyone considering a safari in Tanzania.
