An Unforgettable Safari with JungleRoam Safari – Excellent Service and the Best Guide, Ben Mwai!

We recently completed a phenomenal 4-day tour covering Masai Mara for three days and Lake Nakuru for one day, and it exceeded all of our expectations. JungleRoam Safari provided truly excellent service from start to finish. Everything was seamless, professional, and incredibly well-organized.

What made this trip truly unforgettable was our wonderful driver and guide, Ben Mwai. Ben was super nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and had an amazing talent for tracking wildlife. During our time in the Masai Mara, he managed to spot all the major animals on both days. He always positioned the vehicle perfectly, getting us incredibly close while ensuring we had plenty of time to take photos and appreciate the wildlife without ever feeling rushed.

Our day at Lake Nakuru was equally spectacular. We were treated to incredible close-up views of numerous rhinos and beautiful flocks of flamingos. We also chose to add the optional Masai village visit and the Lake Naivasha boat tour, both of which were absolutely fantastic and well worth doing.

We highly recommend JungleRoam Safari to anyone planning a Kenyan adventure, and make sure to ask for Ben Mwai as your guide—he truly made our trip a dream come true! 😍

Raheem is a highly professional safari guide with great wildlife spotting skills and profound knowledge. He always finds perfect spots for viewing and photography. On our short trip, we saw the Big Five — highlights included being the first to spot an awake leopard and witnessing a small wildebeest river crossing. His great driving made our safari absolutely fantastic.

The safari tour was seamless, all accommodations arranged were top notch, the safari car was well maintained and in perfect condition. The one thing that made this trip unforgettable and went beyond expectation I was our guide/driver, Sam.
He is the epitome of professionalism, always on time, always maintained proper decorum in all his interactions, made sure all our needs are addressed, that we are safe specially during the game drives. What set him above is his kindness to us and the everyone we interacted with. He made the most of every minute of trip specially during our game drives, even brought us to stops that he knew we would like even if it’s not listed in the tour. He is the best part of our Kenya Safari.
Thank you Sam, for showing us all the “5’s” in the most incredible and fun way, most importantly for loving what you do.

We (2 pax) did an 11-day private, custom made safari with Jungleroam Safari, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

From the beginning, Helen was exceptional. She was thorough, transparent, and attentive to every detail of the itinerary I requested, including clear communication on rates and arrangements. The accommodations throughout the trip were fantastic, but the real highlight was being paired with our outstanding guide, Samuel.

Sam consistently went above and beyond. Of course, he delivered incredible wildlife sightings, including the Big Five and the “Ugly Five,” but what impressed me most was everything beyond the sightings. His knowledge of the parks and wildlife was outstanding, and he demonstrated genuine enthusiasm, professionalism, patience, and an unwavering commitment to park regulations, safety, and—most importantly—respect for wildlife.

As a tour operator myself in a different sector of tourism, I have a high standard for service and professionalism, and Sam is genuinely top-notch. Even on long and demanding days, he consistently went the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible experience without ever compromising the animals or the environment.

Richard is an outstanding and highly professional guide. During our trip, we not only witnessed lions on a hunt, spotted the Big Five of Africa, and caught a rare glimpse of a serval, but he also taught us to respect nature with his great sense of humour. He also gave me a very lovely Maasai name- Namunyak. We truly cherish this journey and hope to come back again someday.
