Throughout the planning process, her email replies were incredibly prompt and informative, making us feel completely at ease. What touched us the most was that on the final day of our safari, she went out of her way to return to the office just to say a proper goodbye to us in person. Her kindness and professionalism truly set the gold standard.
Helena’s exceptional service also extended to our cross-border logistics. She introduced us to Mitchelle‘s team for the Kenyan leg of our trip, and they completely blown us away! In fact, our very first day of game drives in Amboseli was so thrilling and spectacular that we were instantly hooked. Communication was absolutely fantastic. There was a 5-hour time difference between us, yet whenever we sent emails after work, Helena always replied as quickly as possible. Our whole communication process went extremely smoothly. She even recommended a trusted local team in Kenya to arrange our 3-day safari tour. We went on a two-day safari with Mountain Warriors and the experience was incredible. The whole process was very convenient, as they take care of picking you up and taking you to all the sites.
Our guide was Victor, who did a fantastic job. He was very kind, attentive, and professional. Thanks to him, we were able to see a wide variety of animals, as well as learn a lot about them and the environment, since he gave us very interesting explanations and patiently answered all our questions.

Our accomodation was also amazing with great food and a lovely room. The experience was amazing value and for what we anticipated to be a budget experience we got so much more than we could have imagined.
