We had an incredible experience with Trail Tracers Tours and Travels and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

A special thank you to Monicah, who was exceptionally prompt, responsive, and attentive from the very beginning. She answered all our questions quickly, accommodated our requests, and made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free.

A huge thank you as well to our driver and guide, Joseph. He was friendly, professional, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. He listened to what we wanted, did his best to make every request happen, and his positive attitude and great sense of humor made our safari even more enjoyable. He truly played a big part in making our trip so memorable.

We highly recommend Trail Tracers Tours and Travels to anyone planning a safari in Kenya. Thank you, Monicah and Joseph, for giving us an unforgettable experience!

Very professional and friendly

Monicah helped us a lot deciding which package to get and she was always available to solve our doubts. Papa John was our driver and he answered all our questions about the reserve and animals, gave us interesting information and was always on schedule. Super friendly and nice people, both of them.
We were lucky to see the big five (only spots of a leopard, but counts the same) and the great migration. Such an amazing experience!
We opted for mid-range accommodation. Worth the extra money, specially Lake Nakuru Lodge. Beautiful place inside the reserve with great food. If you have the money, you should go for mid-range accommodation.
We can not recommend Trail Tracers enough.
PS: only little bad thing was the food at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge. The food was good but they don't keep food trays warm, so everything ends up cold the time you eat it.

Monicah and her team are SUPER PROFESIONAL, you can rely 200% on them.
She is always going a step forward and into every single detail, paying attention on us and how the trip was going.
Communication was easy, polite and warm, she helped us to tailor the trip to perfection!
I have already recommend them to my friends and I will definitely come back to Kenya and let them plan everything.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The communication before and during the trip was outstanding, everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. Everyone we met was incredibly kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome throughout the entire journey.

A special thanks goes to Monicah our travel Consultant and our ranger, Salomon. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible safari experience. His knowledge, passion, and dedication made every moment unforgettable, and he truly made the difference.
