Absolutely Incredible Experience Start to Finish

About a year and a half ago, my fiance (now wife) and I were planning our honeymoon and reading the reviews for Serengeti Mystery Adventures, wondering if they were too good to be true. Now that we have completed our seven day safari we can say that this company not only meets but exceeds all expectations.

Harrison,... Read more our guide, was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and Tanzanian culture. Thanks to him we spotted all of the big 5, big 9, and much more. He taught us lots about the different animals, the Masai people, and Tanzania overall. We couldn’t have asked for anything more in a guide.

Deus in the office was wonderful to work with. He was extremely responsive and helped us customize the trip to our exact desires. All of the accommodations he recommended to us were excellent and we especially enjoyed the Serena Serengeti and Serena Ngorongoro lodges.

We recommend that Serengeti Mystery Adventures in the strongest possible terms for anyone wanting to plan an unforgettable Tanzanian safari.

Wonderful safari of a lifetime

This is our first time visiting Africa and first safari. Reservation manager Mr. Deus customized itinerary based on our visit time. Everything went smoothly. Hotels and meals were very nice. Read more has extensive knowledge and is very dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience. He was very experienced in spotting animals and we were able to see all big fives and other big and small animals. Seeing them in different settings and behave differently is very eye opening. And getting to learn more about them is also very interesting and humbling. It was busy five days. We covered a lot of ground, visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Grumeti area, and also Maasai tribe village. We saw a lot of animals, experienced a lot of culture, went on a few ATV like rides, and brought back a lot of memories.

We did the five-day tour. At the start of the tour, two parties were arriving at two different locations -- one at the airport in Arusha and one at the airport in Kilimanjaro. Deus from Serengeti Mystery helped coordinate pick-up at both locations and brought us to Kikuletwa hot springs (at our request).... Read more The driver had packed lunch for us to eat while we were there. After the springs, we were brought to the hotel we had booked to spend the night. In the morning, the driver picked us up and brought us to Arusha airport for our flight to the Seronera airstrip in the Serengeti. Once we arrived there, we were picked up Keyfas (hopefully the spelling is correct), our guide. Starting directly from the airstrip, we began our safari adventures.

Keyfas was an awesome tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and was super patient in both dealing with us and in finding animals. He went to great lengths to make sure we saw all the animals we could possibly see. He also helped coordinate with the hotels we were staying in. At one point, a member of the party had forgotten their laptop at a hotel and he spent two hours driving out of the way to go get the laptop. He was, without a doubt, an awesome guide!

The safari tour we had was perfect. Everything was like planned and no problems. Our guide, Nelson, was the best. Serengeti Mystery Adventure, good value for money, reliability, service and everything. They really made this tour something that we will remember.
