I recently went on a Masai Mara safari with Simian Safaris, and the experience was fantastic. Juliet, my point of contact, was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and comfortable — she even came to the airport late at night to receive me personally, knowing I was a bit hesitant about arriving alone. She was also present the next morning to greet all the guests before the tour started. My guide, Bennett, made the first two days in Masai Mara exciting by keeping a sense of mystery about what I’d see next, even though he already knew through the walkie-talkie. He was patient, let me enjoy every moment, and made sure I got all the pictures I wanted. Juliet had recommended Marajambo Lodge in Masai Mara — a beautiful resort with great food, including Indian options, and an amazing stay overall. Even when there was a small hiccup during the trip, Juliet was quick to respond, even at 7 AM. I highly recommend Simian Safaris — they’re responsive, professional, and truly made the experience worth every penny. Give them a try!

Julia is the best agent I could ever have, she’s so helpful and so patient. They not only give me the best deal, but also their patience and kindness. If I have any doubt, Julia helped me to fix immediately. And we have the best driver ever. Everyday safari, we’re having the sunset, and no matter what we asked, our driver Antonie always go to an extra mile for us. Because of their amazing work, I have the best experience ever.
