Since first contact until last day of my our I has a good attention and supoort.

The unique "problem" was the pickup at O.R. Tambo Airport that delayed a little more that expectative and we stayed wating without know whats happening. After the van arrived all the things stayed ok.

The entire trip was perfectly organized, from the airport pickup to the accommodations and excursions to the safari and the Panorama Route. All the drivers and the lodge staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Any questions were answered quickly and easily by the organizer via email. Highly recommended!
