tour: we travelled more than 5000kms in a safe, comfortable 4x4, over many different road surfaces, through ever-changing landscapes arriving at our pre-booked destinations, as described in the digital travel plan, to be greeted warmly at all lodges. Each day was a wonderful experience of the beauty Namibia, all expertly arranged and managed by Firefinch Safaris . The additional car hire for our trip to South Africa was managed smoothly, including papers for the border crossing. Our 2 month South Africa and Namibia experience was enjoyed with the comfort of knowing that Firefinch Safaris and Car hire were at the end of the phone with secure and instant response when ever we needed them. Lovely Namibia Tour planned from Clive
Everything was well planned and we enjoyed our road Trip. The car was fantastic and every recommended lodge was amazing. Clive was already reachable for questions. Our tour started in windhoek than over Otjiwarongo to the etosha . After that Direction Erongo and Swakopmund. Sossusvlei and Kalahari . 12 nights. The most beautiful lodges were: Otjiwa collection eagles rest, Ai Aiba painting lodge and le Mirage Resort .

Well organised tour and fabulous safaris
Excellent service leading up to the tour from Michelle, always answering queries and sorting any issues we had on our side. Manfred expertly led our private tour from start to finish, very polite, fun and flexible. Although it was a lot more driving than we are used to we did see a lot of the beautiful country, learnt a lot about the Flora & Fauna and local tribes and culture. The safaris did not disappoint and even on the outside roads Manfred spotted an array of wildlife for us. Also the accommodation and food were brilliant throughout, even for 2 pescatarians. Would highly recommend.

We booked our 15 day Victoria Falls and Namibia safari with Firefinch Safaris and found the experience exceptionally well organised from start to finish. From initial planning to our return home, every detail was handled professionally by Michelle, giving us complete confidence throughout the journey.
Beginning at Victoria Falls, we enjoyed a helicopter flight, guided walks, and a sunset cruise on the Zambezi before travelling through Botswana and Namibia. Highlights included boat safaris on the Chobe River, game drives in Chobe National Park and Etosha, and stays at a range of superb lodges set in spectacular locations along the Okavango River and across Namibia’s wilderness.
Once we began the self drive portion of the safari, Firefinch’s comprehensive documentation proved invaluable, providing clear directions, accommodation details, and practical guidance for each stage of the journey. Despite travelling independently through remote regions, everything ran seamlessly.
The accommodation was consistently of a high standard, wildlife sightings were outstanding, and the warmth and hospitality of the Namibian people left a lasting impression. This safari represented excellent value for money, and we would not hesitate to recommend Firefinch Safaris to anyone seeking a professionally planned African adventure.
