excellent service and memorable safari with passionate people
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jambolux Safaris from the very first contact until the end of our trip.
What really stood out was the personal communication. We were in direct contact via WhatsApp throughout the entire planning process and even during our journey. Every question was answered quickly, every small request was taken care of, and it always felt like there was someone available to help us. That gave us a lot of confidence before and during the trip.
The whole safari was perfectly organized. Every transfer, lodge, and activity went exactly as planned, making the entire experience completely stress-free. Everything ran smoothly, and we could simply relax and enjoy our holiday.
A special thank you goes to our guide and driver, Pascal. He was absolutely outstanding—professional, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and always in a great mood. His passion for wildlife and his ability to spot animals made every game drive exciting. Beyond that, he was simply wonderful company, and we genuinely enjoyed spending time with him.

An Unforgettable Private Safari with Outstanding Service ⭐ - Un safari privato indimenticabile
We booked a 13-day trip to Kenya as a couple in July 2026. We arranged our international flights ourselves, while Jambolux took care of everything else: a 5-day private safari through Tsavo East, Tsavo West, Amboseli, and Taita Hills, followed by 7 relaxing days at a beach resort in Diani.
From the very beginning, the booking process was extremely transparent. We planned the itinerary together, choosing both the parks we wanted to visit and the lodges where we wanted to stay. We also discussed the price, and after agreeing on the itinerary, we paid a 30% deposit, which was used to secure all the accommodations. Jambolux then sent us all the booking confirmations, which we needed to complete the Kenya eTA application. For the remaining balance, they offered several convenient payment options, and we chose to pay upon our arrival in Kenya.
From the moment we landed at the airport until the end of our holiday, everything was perfectly organized, and they were always available whenever we needed assistance.
The safari itself was simply unforgettable. Our driver, Pascal, made the experience truly special. For five days he looked after us with incredible professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm. We traveled in a private Toyota Land Cruiser—not as part of a group—which made the experience even more enjoyable. The tented camps where we stayed were absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend Jambolux to anyone looking for a well-organized, private, and authentic safari experience in Kenya. We would definitely choose them again!
Abbiamo prenotato un viaggio di 13 giorni in Kenya in coppia a luglio 2026. I voli internazionali li abbiamo organizzati autonomamente, mentre per tutto il resto ci siamo affidati a Jambolux: un safari privato di 5 giorni tra Tsavo Est, Tsavo Ovest, Amboseli e Taita Hills, seguito da 7 giorni di relax in un resort a Diani Beach.
Fin dall’inizio la fase di prenotazione è stata estremamente trasparente. Abbiamo concordato insieme l’itinerario, scegliendo sia i parchi da visitare sia i lodge e i campi tendati in cui soggiornare. Abbiamo anche trattato il prezzo e, una volta confermato il programma, abbiamo versato un acconto del 30%, necessario per bloccare tutte le prenotazioni delle strutture. Successivamente ci hanno inviato le conferme di tutti gli alloggi, indispensabili per compilare la richiesta dell’eTA per l’ingresso in Kenya. Per il saldo ci hanno proposto diverse modalità di pagamento e noi abbiamo scelto di pagare direttamente al nostro arrivo in Kenya.
Dal momento dell’atterraggio in aeroporto fino alla fine della vacanza ci hanno seguito in ogni fase del viaggio, con un’organizzazione impeccabile e rimanendo sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità.
Il safari è stato semplicemente magnifico. Il nostro autista e guida, Pascal, ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale: per cinque giorni si è preso cura di noi con grande professionalità, gentilezza e passione, senza mai risparmiarsi. Abbiamo viaggiato a bordo di un Toyota Land Cruiser privato, quindi senza essere inseriti in un gruppo, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più esclusiva. Anche i campi tendati in cui abbiamo soggiornato erano meravigliosi e hanno superato le nostre aspettative.
Consigliamo assolutamente Jambolux a chiunque desideri vivere un safari privato, autentico e organizzato nei minimi dettagli. Se dovessimo tornare in Kenya, ci affideremmo di nuovo a loro senza alcun dubbio.

Everything perfect
Our itinerary was agreed after long consulting about our wishes, and its result was wonderful. Everything was crystal clear in communications and payment. Accommodations were lovely with style. However, the real differentiator was our guide Daniel: reliable, knowledgeable, expert and friendly. We can only recommend Jambolux and Daniel!
Superb 3 Day Maasai Mara Trip
Fantastic trip. Jambolux were easy to deal with and reasonably priced. Assisted with tailoring my own journey. Opting with the drive in from Nairobi and flying out from the Mara. Ben our guide was great. Good English and shared his knowledge 20+ years guiding in Kenya. Accomodation was decent. All transfers were prompt. I had a great easy experience. Recommend.
