A trustworthy , sincere and friendly safari partner
I went on a 2-day mid-range group joining safari to Tarangire N.P and Ngorongoro Crater. As a solo traveler, I found this tour to be safe ,fun and an amazing value for money. From my first contact with the manager Yohanes, I felt they are reliable and trustworthy.
The game drives were full of surprises, and our driver/guide, Ali, was exceptionally friendly and making me feel completely welcome. On top of that, Kankari Lodge located in Karatu was lovely, peaceful place that combined local charm with comfort.
The whole experience was a perfect escape from reality, making me completely forget the busy outside world. I highly recommend Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris to anyone looking for an affordable yet high-quality safari!

We had an amazing Safari tour with Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris.
We've been in the Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara N.P. The Tour was fantastic and the organization very professional. The Tourguides were all very friendly and they all did their best to offer us an incredible experience we'll never forget. Thank you!

Amazing value for money
One of the things we appreciated the most was how easy it was to communicate with the company throughout the trip. (Thanks Derick!)
They were very responsive, replied quickly to our questions, and were always proactive in trying to solve any issues or accommodate our requests. We felt that they genuinely wanted to make sure everything went smoothly.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive upgrades at two of the hotels included in our itinerary, from mid-range to luxury accommodation. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. In particular, staying in a luxury lodge right in the middle of the Serengeti was an incredible experience. Being surrounded by nature and wildlife made the safari feel much more immersive and special. We also really enjoyed the upgraded accommodation near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. (Mbuni in Serengeti was outstanding!!)
Our guide, Fazil, was also a very positive part of the experience. He was friendly, proactive, and attentive to what we wanted to see during the safari. He took into account the animals we were particularly interested in and tried to adapt the game drives to our expectations. We really appreciated his effort and his willingness to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
Area for improvement
The Charity Hotel was probably the weakest point of the accommodation. Compared with the other hotels in our itinerary, we felt that the quality was slightly below what we were expecting. The hotel and rooms could benefit from some maintenance and improvement, and we ended up changing rooms during our stay. The food was also unbearable, we even went to bed without having dinner.
For future guests, it might be worth considering an alternative hotel to ensure a more consistent level of quality throughout the itinerary.
Overall, we had a very good experience with this company and would definitely recommend them. The communication, flexibility, hotel upgrades, and our guide Fazil made the trip very special. With a few improvements to the accommodation choices, we believe the experience could be even better.

Once we arrived at Kilimanjaro, we were greeted by Joel. He made sure we had a great time at every step of the trip. Since there were only two of us, we were paired with different groups and guides, and every single one was a great experience :)

The best experience
It was the best experience I've ever had in my life. I found Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris here and booking with them, and I was very satisfied with my choice. Derik and Yohanes were extremely helpful and attentive at all times. I paid a very good price for 6 days, and in addition to the unforgettable safari experience, which included the northern Serengeti and the great migrations, the company gave me some lodge upgrades and I had great comfort throughout the safari. I highly recommend them.
