We had an amazing experience on our 12-day trip through Uganda! It was perfectly organised from start to finish. Before the trip, we could turn to the organisers with all our questions, and we always received quick and helpful answers. This made the whole planning process smooth and stress-free.

A special mention goes to our guide, who was simply fantastic! He took care of everything, drove us around safely, organised all the activities and made sure we had the best possible experience throughout the journey. His knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication really made the trip extra special.

Every single day was a new adventure and brought a completely different experience. The safaris were incredible, and all the other activities were absolutely worth it. Uganda surprised us in the best possible way, and we enjoyed every moment of it.

We would recommend this trip to absolutely everyone! It was an unforgettable experience, full of amazing memories and beautiful places. It will be very hard for any future trip to ever match or surpass this one!

We had an unforgettable experience gorilla trekking in Rwanda over four days, and Wagatil Safari helped make it truly special. A particular highlight was our guide, Jackson, who was absolutely marvellous. He was flexible, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to spend time with. He shared so much about Rwanda, its culture, and its people, making the drives and conversations just as enjoyable as the trekking itself. We had great conversations, learned a lot, and felt we were discovering the country through a local's perspective.

The gorilla encounters were incredible. We would wholeheartedly recommend Wagatil Safari to anyone planning a trip to Rwanda, and we could not have asked for a better guide than Jackson!

Nice arrangement and excellent landscape

Gorilla $800 permit,but absolutely worth it. The day started brutally early at 5 AM, though the actual hike didn't start until after 9 AM.I was assigned to a group.

Trekking together and helping each other spot the gorillas was incredibly fun.

Once we found them, we spent an hour with the gorillas. We saw two silverbacks: one was sitting and eating, while the other just lay there. I got within 2 meters of one, and it just glanced at me and went back to sleep.The group had everything from 2-to-3-month-old babies to teenagers and adults—basically the whole family tree!

Overall, an unforgettable, hilarious, and awe-inspiring trip. 🦍✨

I had an amazing 3-day trip in Uganda and it was definitely one of the highlights of my time in Africa. The whole trip was well organized, and the gorilla trekking in Bwindi was an unforgettable experience that I will remember for a very long time.

A very special thanks to our guide, Rowland. He was friendly, helpful and easy to travel with, and he genuinely did his best to make the whole trip as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

He even saved me from a big problem before the trip had properly started! I accidentally left my phone at the hotel, and Rowland immediately helped me sort everything out and get it back. I really appreciated how helpful and patient he was throughout the entire journey.

Uganda is a beautiful country and seeing the mountain gorillas so close in their natural habitat was something truly special. I came home with some incredible memories and would happily recommend this tour company to anyone planning a trip to Uganda. And if you get Rowland as your guide, you are in very good hands!

We had an absolutely amazing 4-day safari with Wagatil Safaris, including gorilla trekking in Biwindi and chimpanzee trekking in Kibale. From start to finish, everything was very well organized, and the whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable.

The team at Wagatil Safaris was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail (huge thank you to Pretty 🙌 - amazing customer service!) . Our guide for the full trip, Roland, was so kind, knowledgeable , helpful, and made the journey even more enjoyable by sharing interesting information about the wildlife - in particular Gorillas and their behaviors , nature, and local area.

The gorilla trekking in Bwindi was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and the chimpanzee trekking in Kibale was equally incredible. Being so close to these amazing animals was something we will never forget.
