Terrible and a fraud

would not recommend booking with Arosy Safaris Limited based on my experience.

I paid a $1,036 deposit for a safari planned for March 2026. After the initial agreement, prices were repeatedly adjusted and the quality of the proposed accommodations did not match what had originally been discussed. We therefore agreed to cancel the trip.

A refund was confirmed to me in writing, but it has not been processed to date. Communication became very difficult afterwards, and I have not received responses to multiple follow-ups over several days.

As a result, I had to make alternative arrangements at short notice, which caused additional effort and inconvenience.

I hope the company resolves this matter, but based on my experience, I would advise others to clarify refund terms very carefully in advance.

Good but a long day

Our 2 days safari to lake Navashia and lake Nakuru was wonderful however we were quite surprised of how long we had to wait before we had lunch and also that we had to eat with our tourguide at a random hotel which we were unaware of and ended up being quite a wierd experience. But overall the experience with Arosy safari was good and we absolutely loved our 1 night stay at lake Navashia crescent camp where the staf was nothing short of incredible.

The 4-day Amboseli Samburu tour by Arosy Safaris was an exceptional safari experience that perfectly balanced adventure and comfort. Amboseli was unforgettable, offering breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro and large elephant herds roaming. Samburu was equally impressive with its dramatic landscapes and rare wildlife, including Grevy's zebras, reticulated giraffes, and close elephant sightings along the river. The itinerary was well planned, lodges were comfortable and well located, and the guide was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive throughout the trip. Transfers were smooth, game drives were rewarding, and the overall experience delivered excellent value for money. Highly recommend for travelers seeking a diverse and memorable Kenyan safari

Great Accommodation and professional guide

We did a 5-day safari in January covering Masai Mara, Tsavo East, and Tsavo West, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Traveling in January turned out to be a perfect choice—fewer crowds, great weather, and excellent wildlife sightings.
Masai Mara was spectacular, with wide open plains and abundant wildlife. We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and many other animals during our game drives. January offered clear skies and fantastic visibility, making the experience even better.
Tsavo East amazed us with its vast landscapes and famous red elephants. The parks felt peaceful and less crowded, allowing us to fully enjoy the scenery and wildlife without rush.
Tsavo West provided a beautiful contrast with its hills, volcanic landscapes, and highlights like Mzima Springs. The variety of scenery across the three parks made the safari feel well-rounded and exciting.

Our guide was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, ensuring we were comfortable and always in the best spots for wildlife viewing. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the entire trip was well organized.
Overall, this January safari was unforgettable and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this 5-day safari to anyone looking for an authentic and well-paced wildlife adventure in Kenya.

Arosy Sarfaris was a excellent choice for completing our 5 day safari tour on our first visit to Kenya. Everything was done on time, safely, and in a friendly and relaxed way and according to the schedule originally outlined. We saw fantastic views of the country side and of course all the beautiful and amazing animals. The accomdation which was provided was particularly special, with great views over the various National Parks visited, with great service and atmosphere.
I have no hesitation in recommending Arosy Sarfaris to anyone visiting Kenya
