Easygoing, flexible and reliable.
I booked last minute Kili 6 days Machame route but was able to do it in 5. It allowed me to add an extra day to my safari trip. Highly recommend 5 days if you are on a tight schedule/budget and in a good fitness form.
I had a good experience and I would recommend this local tour operator.
I believe they offer very competitive rates. I was chatting to other tourists and it convinced me even more that I made a right choice.

Excellent
Through 21AfricaSafari, I completed a 6-day ascent of Kilimanjaro via the Marangu route. If I ever get the chance again, I would do it all over without hesitation! Everything was excellently organized — arrival, transfers, accommodation, the climbing plan, food, and support during the ascent.
Huge and endless thanks to our guide Emmanuel, who is an outstanding and highly professional Kilimanjaro guide, as well as to all the porters who tirelessly carried the equipment, food, and clothing. Truly a brilliant experience organized by these young and ambitious people. Highly recommended! 😊
All encompassing, flexible, assured and extremely helpful
Eliuth and his team were very thorough about the details of both the Safari and Mount Kilimanjaro climb I undertook. They were welcoming of all questions and ensured I was aware of all details. Further, they were incredibly flexible. Upon beginning the Mt Kilimanjaro climb and realising my body was capable of an accelerated itinerary, Eliuth and his team accommodated for such a change. The experience itself across both the Safari and Mt Kilimanjaro climb was incredible, with very knowledgeable and friendly guides.
Special shoutout to Fidelus, the driver guide for the safari. Fidelus has an incredible eye, instinct and personality. Myself and the group were fortunate to see all of the big 5 plus a plethora of other wildlife. Also special shoutout to Shafii and Rama, the guide and assistant guide for the Mount Kilimanjaro climb. Both have incredible knowledge of the mountain and its challenges. Both were extremely encouraging and incredible people to share the time on Kilimanjaro with."

Fair price, great safari and mountain climbing experiences
I enjoyed working with 21 Africa Safari to plan my trip to Amboseli National Park, Mt Meru, and Kilimanjaro. They are a local company and it is nice to support hard working and passionate people from the Moshi area. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent as I planned the trip for months in advance. I think the price I paid was reasonable in comparison to others. I especially appreciated the adaptability and support that allowed me to summit Kilimanjaro in only two days. There was a mix up in some of the safari itinerary, but we worked through it and it did not detract from my enjoyment of seeing countless amazing animals. Mt Meru and Mt Kilimanjaro are spectacular and climbing Kili was a bucket list achievement and I will always remember the individuals who made it possible.

Overall very good experience
I booked the 5-day Kilimanjaro Marangu route, and since there seem to be fewer tourists in Tanzania at the moment, it was practically a private tour. For the first two days, we (plus guide and porters) were pooled with another tour operator who was also looking after only one hiker.
Communication with Elieth was quick and good. The guide, Shafiii, was experienced and well-connected with the guys working on the mountain.
Information about the itinerary while on the hike was sometimes a bit slow, and there was also some conflicting information on the tour operator's website.
Overall, however, it was a very good experience.
