An Unforgettable Safari Experience!!!

Our safari experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The customer service was outstanding, with excellent communication, follow-up, and attention to every detail throughout the entire trip.

A special thank you to Ludo our guide and driver, who went above and beyond to help us find the Big Five. His knowledge, patience, and dedication made every game drive unforgettable.

We also want to thank Joshua, Matias, and Ludo. They made us feel welcome from day one, and by the end of the trip we felt like we had made great friends. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made this experience even more special.

The hotels selected were excellent—comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly located. Everything was organized flawlessly, and we couldn't have asked for a better safari.

We highly recommend this tour operator to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania. Thank you for creating memories that will last a lifetime!

We just wrapped up an unforgettable family safari with Bavuma Wild Quest, and honestly, they were incredible from start to finish.

Right from the planning stage, they were super organised and tailored the whole itinerary to fit our family's needs. Their communication was great too; always quick to reply and follow up on everything.

The actual trip completely blew us away. Our driver and guide, Isaack, was amazing. He drove us safely from Arusha to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and he was so patient and flexible with us the entire time. The best part? He’s basically a walking dictionary when it comes to wildlife. He knew everything! His personal touch made the whole experience so much better.

To top it all off, when we got back to Arusha, Joshua came to see us in person just to check how everything went.

From day one until the moment we left, the service was excellent. Huge thanks to Bavuma Wild Quest for giving our family such a wonderful experience!

The BaVuma WildQuest staff communicated frequently with What’sApp and email, provided great lodging each night of our safari journey and brought wonderful guides to show us the parks, preserves and conservancies. They were both knowledgeable and entertaining. We loved Ian and Ludovick and how
focused they we’re on our adventure being memorable. We are glad we experienced the NYSSA balloon safari with BaVuma’s help, but it is a

Payment for the Safari was handled by a wire transfer, and that is one of the things we would have preferred to be different. I would have appreciated earning mileage or points on my card instead of transferring funds. We were able to use a secure link for the balloon
safar and earn points. The cost of the adventure, however, was reasonable for the experience of visiting Masa Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Our Kenyan portion of the trip was without vehicle issues, but we did have a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved on the Tanzania segment. Overall we were satisfied with the experience and would use this company again.
