Friendly safari

A team at the service of customers. Very attentive from the reception at the airport to the departure at the airport. The guide Reynald was really attentive to making us discover the animals and had a very good knowledge of fauna and flora. The organisation responded perfectly to our planning. I recommend this company to anyone looking for authenticity and a warm and friendly welcome. I had a fantastic experience with my family and friends. The staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed the safari a lot and saw many animals, including the big 5. The accommodation some nights was different than expected which was a pity but overall we had a good time.

The driver didn’t deviate from the roads in the parks which I personally appreciate considering the preservation of the parks. As it is a safari, unexpected things can happen that are outside of their control but they respond quickly. All in all, a good experience.

We did a 4-day safari in Tanzania with Creation Safaris. The highlight was Serengeti National Park and the large number of lions we saw.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. They met us at our hotel before departure and after arrival, and communication via text or phone was quick and good throughout.

Some accommodations were different from those listed in the itinerary, for which they apologized. We were still satisfied with the alternatives. On one day the vehicle broke down on a extremely bad road and we waited about an hour, but I understand this can happen and it's outside their control.

Overall, a very good experience.

It was an amazing experience and visit safaris make it possible, since the first approach until the logistic in site was ver clear, efficient and well organized! The accomodation were lovely and the food as well! We definetely recommend to book with them! So you wont worry about nothing but enjoy the beautiful experience!
