Our Kenya trip with Shian Tours & Travel was nothing short of magical. From the moment we got in touch, the team was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely passionate about creating the perfect safari experience for us. Special thanks to Ms. Young, whose seamless communication, warmth, and attention to every detail made us feel completely taken care of—even before we set foot in Kenya!

The safari itself was breathtaking. Our driver was amazing—safe, knowledgeable, and with an uncanny ability to spot wildlife that left us in awe every single day. The itinerary struck the perfect balance between adventure, relaxation, and comfort, with thoughtfully chosen lodges that made each night as memorable as the days.

Every moment, from watching the stunning landscapes of Masai Mara to Nakuru, and encountering majestic animals up close, felt like a dream. Shian Tours turned our Kenya safari into a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will cherish forever. We had a wonderful trip to Masai Mara. Our driver was very kind and accommodating with pick up and drop off outside of Nairobi. The drive was safe and comfortable with stops along the way. The itinerary allowed for a perfect balance between seeing the wildlife, enjoying our accomodation, and resting. This was a lifetime experience and we are very grateful to the Shian Team for taking care of us.

Getting in touch with the staff of Shian Tours was from the beginning professional, helpful and they immediately caught our preferences.
Jacqueline , who did the main communication and preparation upfront until we met in person, was just treasure to us. She immediately reacted to our requests and questions, no matter via email, WhatsApp or phone calls. And this from the beginning, during the whole trip and even after in helping with items which even didn’t belong to the trip itself.
The whole trip was an experience of a lifetime! And with Shian Tours, Jacqueline and of cause the best driver ever Kelvin, who accompanied us very day of our Safari, we cannot be more thankful!
Always again, and worth every penny!!

We made contact with Shian Tours & Travel at the last minute (Sunday) to organize a two-days safari at Tsavo West, to begin the next day from Mombasa.
Jacquiline from Shian was able to organize everything before the end of the day and was super clear & responsive.
During our safari, our guide Peter drove us safely from Mombasa to Tsavo West Park (Kilaguni lodge) and back, showed us many animals with his 'magic eyes' (even spotted a leopard on the road ou of the park after Voi, towards Mombasa!), and also shared his knowledge about birds, landscapes, nature & culture of Kenya.
This was a superb experience, thanks to Jacquiline & Peter !
