xPlore Plus are exceptional with arrangements! When itinerary changed, they went beyond expectations
As a retired travel agent, I was asked to assist with inbound guests from the USA for travel Zimbabwe, South Africa and Rwanda. Service and attention received from both Naomi and Rika was exceptional. At the time of personal changes to itinerary, both ladies went out of their way to assist and confirm at the least possible inconvenience and cost. We did the Fly in Mana Pools trip. Everything was well organised and we had the most wonderful time. Would definitely have enjoyed one day more at Kanga camp. Sitting at the waterhole is so fantastic. We even saw a pennant winged nightjar. The hostess, Joyce, at Kanga camp is the absolutely fantastic. We would recommend this trip to anyone wanted to see one of the most beautiful places
Serengeti magic
We chose the 8 day tour to the Serengeti. It was an unforgettable experience. The local guides through Predators were excellent, the balloon safari over the northern Serengeti astounding and the Leonard's team at the tented camp awesome. A few hiccups here and there which the management of explore Plus handled with aplomb after the tour. The tour assistant was inexperienced. Overall a bucket list experience.
Exceptional service all the way, excellent & knowledgable guides, competitive price
We received just the best service ever from eXplore Plus Travel. As opposed to their competitors, the initial quote wasn't just a single line with a price, but included flight costs, airport taxes, optional extras ie Balloon safaris and advice on tips, drinks along the way etc. This helped us tremendously with budgeting and we were able to add on a few days afterwards to relax on the beach in Zanzibar - highly recommend this!! Every hotel was described in detail with photographs and everything was exactly as they portrayed. The tour was very well organised. Your bags were delivered to your room, collected in the morning and you knew exactly what the program was.
Our guide was amazing. They use professional and experienced guides and well maintained vehicles that are washed and cleaned every day! The guides stay in touch with each other, to maximise your game viewing. We saw absolutely everything - 3 cheetahs in one day plus leopard, lion feasting on a fresh kill, rhino, elephant, zebra and wildebeest galore...including 3 crossings! What an honour to see wildlife in their natural habitat - such respect for the animals by the guides! A bucket list adventure that far exceeded my expectations and I can unreservedly recommend eXplore Plus Travel.
