i contacted several companies and chose East Africa Safari Tours dues to the responsive, personalised approach. My trip was individualised to match my requests, budget and time frame. last minute changes were no problem and East Africa Safari Tours bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to me nearest and dearest. Yes, they are new (ish) and there are few reviews available but don't let that put you off. I had a wonderful trip which was full of things to see and do, food was great, transport reliable and comfortable. go for it!

Incredible, unique and authentic experience

The safari was magical. We left Kigali (me, Anna the organizer and Gerrar the guide) at 4:30 a.m. heading to Akagera Park. We arrived at 7 a.m. and immediately started the safari. I was lucky enough to see the Big 5 and other animals up close thanks to the open roof allowing you to stand up in the car. Then, we had a picnic at a "rest area" in the heart of the park. We finished around 2 p.m. after admiring many animals. We arrived in Kigali at sunset. An excellent day that I will remember for a long time!

The highlight of our trip was the magical gorilla trekking and the exciting golden monkey experience. These are moments we’ll cherish for a lifetime!
As a hobby photographer, one of my goals was to take excellent pictures of the gorillas and the golden monkeys. The guide provided me with excellent support.
