They made our whole experience unforgettable.

If you have limited time in Tanzania, this is a must!

From the time of booking the company was very proactive in reaching out and providing us useful information about the day hike. They were very responsive and helpful.

Our day start at 5:45am as we got picked up at our hotel in Arusha. They were right on time! It was only me and my friend for the trip.

Baraka, our guide, had been so amazing to us! He carried some of our stuff and was very encouraging, understanding for some changes in pace and some quick stops, knowledgeable and fun with all his singing and awesome atmosphere. All these helped me as a first timer of any mountain hike. Baraka was also taking lots of videos and photos for us, which is amazing as we love photos and videos. He was so patient as well in teaching us Swahili words that were very useful in encouraging porters climbing up with all the gears and camp stuff. This was one of the highlights of trip. This made the entire trip, although difficult, memorable and enjoyable.

When we got to the top, we were served with a sumptuous lunch! There were lots of food for us to replenish all the energy we lost.

Eric, our driver was very pleasant as well. Although we didn’t manage to interact with him a lot, he was very polite and always smiling the limited time we had with him.

+ on our way to the hotel, they stopped and offered to take photos of us with Mt. Kilimanjaro as our backdrop!

Songbird goes above and beyond to provide unforgettable tours.

This was such a great experience with Songbird. Since we did this and the city tour, we just combined the tour. Isra was our guide and he was amazing. He was able to set up other tours that we were interested in as well. We started off by doing the city tour where we got view the city, went to a museum, and did the Tanzanite experience. He literally took care of us the entire time like family. The cooking class was led by the chef Neema. She was great and we had a great time. It was nice to hear about her culture while making a delicious meal. Isra also arranged another day for us to see Lake Duluti and our guide was Frank. He was awesome and we had a great time with him. He made sure we were ok on the hike the entire time. The hike is very easy and about 2 miles. We also did another tour with Isra for a giraffe walk experience. Despite the heat, it was very informative and we got great shots of the animals. This was a 10/10 experience and I’m excited to work with this company again the future for their upcoming tours. They communicate really well and always prioritize you having a great experience.

An Unforgettable 3-Day Safari Experience with Tanzania Songbirds Safaris

I recently completed a 3-day safari with Tanzania Songbirds Safaris, and honestly, the whole experience was much better than I expected. From the very first communication until the end of the safari, everything was well organized, professional, and handled with genuine care. If you are planning a safari in Tanzania and are wondering which company to choose, I can confidently say that my experience with Tanzania Songbirds Safaris was a very positive one, and I would definitely recommend giving them a chance.

One of the things that really stood out to me was the communication and personal attention from our travel consultant, Isra. He was very attentive from the beginning and, more importantly, he really listened to what we wanted from the safari. It did not feel like we were simply booking a standard package and being sent on a tour. Isra took the time to understand our needs, answer our questions, explain the arrangements, and make sure everything was prepared properly. Whenever we needed clarification or had a request, he was responsive and helpful. That kind of personal attention makes a big difference, especially when you are traveling to another country and want to feel confident that everything has been arranged correctly.

The safari itself was also extremely well organized. During those three days, we felt that the arrangements were taken care of properly, allowing us to concentrate on enjoying the experience instead of worrying about logistics. The timing, transportation, guiding, and general organization all came together very smoothly. What I appreciated most was that everything felt well coordinated without making the experience feel rushed or uncomfortable.

A special mention definitely has to go to our guide, Erick. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional, and we could see that he knows the safari environment very well. His experience made a big difference throughout the trip. He guided us carefully, shared information with us, and helped us understand much more about what we were seeing instead of simply driving us from one place to another. His knowledge and experience gave us confidence, and he clearly takes his responsibility as a guide seriously. Having a good guide can completely change a safari experience, and for us, Erick was a very important part of what made these three days so enjoyable.

What I also liked about Tanzania Songbirds Safaris was the overall feeling of being looked after. A safari is not only about seeing wildlife; it is also about the organization, communication, guide, transportation, timing, and how comfortable you feel throughout the journey. In our case, all these details were handled very well. The team made the experience enjoyable and stress-free, and we were able to focus on appreciating the beauty and excitement of Tanzania.

After the safari, I can honestly say that I am happy with the decision we made to travel with Tanzania Songbirds Safaris. From Isra's excellent communication and attention to our needs, to Erick's experience and guidance in the field, the people behind the safari really contributed to making it a memorable experience.

Amazing company

This is amazing safari company we would recommend in every way. Young people working there are welcoming, very knowledgeable and ready to help and answer any questions you may have. We went for three full day trips with them (Arusha city, Ngorongoro crater, Kilimanjaro) and each was better than the previous. You can’t go wrong with choosing Tanzania Songbird safari for your adventures in Tanzania

Best luxury fly-in fly-out Serengeti safari experience

A big thank you to Isra (travel consultant) who helped us plan a wonderful 2 day fly-in and fly-out safari in the Central Serengeti. Isra was amazing leading up to our safari and was always quick to respond to any queries we had.

Harry our safari guide did an incredible job on the game drives and helped us see more than 23 different animals, including 4 of the big 5 in just 2 days!

We stayed at Tukaone Hembe Camp and watched the most beautiful sunset after a big day of game drives.

I 100% would recommend Tanzania Songbirds Safaris. You can trust them to give you an amazing safari experience.
