We cannot thank Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris enough for giving us the most amazing experience and memories that will last a lifetime.

From the moment we booked, the communication was absolutely incredible. We chose the option to fly directly into the Serengeti, with them picking us up from our hotel in Zanzibar and throughout the entire planning process the team were outstanding. Every email was answered promptly, every question was answered thoroughly, and every request was accommodated. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, which gave us complete confidence and excitement leading up to our safari.

We booked a private 3-day safari to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, and from start to finish everything was perfectly organised. The accommodation was lovely, the food was delicious, and every detail was carefully planned.

Before our trip, we mentioned that the safari was a birthday gift for my girlfriend along with myself celebrating when out there , and whilst we were in Zanzibar i mentioned we got engaged. Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. When we arrived at our first accommodation, we were greeted with a beautiful engagement cake waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful surprise and a gesture we will never forget.

A huge thank you to our guide, Lucas, who was simply outstanding. He told us to believe in him, and we did! And was a dream come true !Thanks to his incredible knowledge, experience and determination, we were fortunate enough to see the Big Five and so much more. Every day brought unforgettable wildlife encounters, and Lucas made the whole experience even more special with his passion, expertise and dedication.

The Serengeti itself was beyond anything we could have imagined. Seeing so many animals in their natural habitat was truly breathtaking, and every moment felt magical. Thanks to Lucas, we saw not only the Big Five but countless other incredible animals and spectacular scenery.

Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris genuinely went above and beyond to make this the most memorable experience imaginable. Everything felt personal, thoughtful and perfectly tailored to us. We honestly did not want to leave.

We would recommend Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris without hesitation to anyone considering a safari in Tanzania. The experience was great and my family and I were able to witness a ton of nature, especially up close! Animals that I never expected were able to come a few feet in front of us! And our tour guide, Gilbert, was the greatest. He had so much knowledge of the area, being able to offer us a ton of natural views of animals, and he was insanely funny and energetic as well. Hope many more people pick him!

We had an absolutely wonderful safari experience with Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish — communication was smooth, reliable, and professional throughout.

Our guide Lucas deserves a special mention: he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to make our trip truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide.

The highlight of the entire trip was without a doubt the Ngorongoro Crater — a truly breathtaking and unforgettable experience.

The accommodations were fantastic and the food was excellent at every stop. We would highly recommend this operator to anyone looking for an exceptional safari in Tanzania!

I went on a 4-day safari with my wife with Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris and it was great. We went to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire. Ive been on safaris in South Africa and Uganda but this one was the best. The accommodations were so relaxing and had a very thing we needed. Our driver, Fadhiri made it extra special as well with his knowledge of the parks and surrounding cities and towns, and his fun personality.

We had an amazing 7-day safari with Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris. The trip was top notch from start to finish. BarThe accommodation were outstanding. Our guide/driver, Fadhiri was incredible. His ability to spot animals both close up and far away really gave us the best opportunity to see all the big 5 as well as countless other animals. He took the time to position us for the best views as well as giving us the best camera shots. He would wait a few extra minutes to give the animals a chance to change position so we could see or photograph them better. He seemed to instinctively know what an animal was going to do. We love birds and told Fadhiri at the start that we would like to have opportunities to see birds. He was able to see birds both flying and in trees/bushes as we were driving and pointed them out to us. Stopping so we got the best views of them as well as knowing the birds and showing us pictures and information on them. We had a great birding safari as well as our animal safari. Fadhiri was knowledgeable, professional and made our safari an outstanding time. He told us about the people, the history and the areas we visited. Giving us ongoing information as he was driving along. We would highly recommend Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris and Fadhiri as your guide.
