Best Safari experience!

Our safari guide Shafino is the best guide we can dream of. He has 26yrs of experience which translated to amazing results - we saw 4 leopards, 5 cheetahs, and countless lions and other animals over 8 days. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the safari animals, not only about their names and features, but also their behaviors. With his decades of experience and connections amongst other guides, he can easily spot and find the animals, take us to the right spot at the right time, and park exactly where the best viewing and photographing spot is. We had an amazing time and came home with countless amazing photos!!

Shafino is passionate about sharing the wonders of the Serengeti with others.

Absolutely amazing sightings and superior information about all God's creatures great and small. It was as if he was thinking with the animals as well as coordinating with the other guides. We saw the big nine including a black rhino family on the last day. Parts of trip were challenging but that is why it qualifies as an adventure.

Having 26 years of experience, Shafino proved to be an expert guide. He knew where to look for animals, predict what they might do, and use honed instincts to find them. We were able to check off the nine top animals with his expertise. That is no easy feat. His knowledge of the animals, wildlife, and the Serengeti was extensive. He gave us so many interesting facts about the animals. He also had an eagle eye to find animals in the habitat. Shafino also showed his amazing and creative skills to get us to our destination. In spite of a broken shock absorber on the Land Cruiser, he was able to use a piece of wood and some special engineering to repair it well enough to get us back over many miles. I would definitely recommend Shafino to be your safari guide if you wish to have the experience of a lifetime.

We can’t thank Shafino enough for our amazing honeymoon on Safari. He made sure we spotted all the incredible animals, was always on time and made sure we got the best spot to eat our delicious lunches. His knowledge is unbelievable! It really was the trip of a lifetime with so many memories that we will never forget.

We went on a 5-day private safari with Shafino Wildlife Safaris for our honeymoon, and it was the greatest experience we’ve had so far in life. The views, landscapes, and all the animals we saw – we can hardly find words to describe what witnessing all these amazing things did to us: wildebeests being eaten by crocodiles at the Mara River, hyenas fighting over leftover wild meat, surrounded by vultures, lions and their babies relaxing, and elephants breaking down meter-high trees like it was nothing. All seen with our own eyes. And all of that surrounded by beautiful, astonishing landscapes.

At this point, we want to thank Shafino.
He made our trip truly special. His deep knowledge, calm presence, and clear love for wildlife shaped the entire experience. He knew where to go, when to wait, and how to explain what we were seeing – always with patience and a great sense of humor. He genuinely cared that we had the best possible experience, and we can’t thank him enough.

The accommodations were just as amazing. We had incredible views from our room, the food was always delicious, and Shafino always found us the best spots to have lunch in the wild.

All in all, this trip was truly life-changing.
