Edwin Safaris is very reliable and does everything to perfectly tailor the safari tour to our needs
From the very first moment, we felt we were in good hands and that Peter would do everything to tailor the safari to our wishes. He was always available and incredibly patient in answering my questions - which were a lot!
The value for money was good. Suitable accommodations were selected, and we could even change them depending on our budget.
The service was outstanding. Our train ticket was booked for us, and the selected accommodations exceeded our expectations. We ate and drank everything from the buffet and had absolutely no problems (Sopa Lodges and Kilmani Amboseli).
Our extremely competent guide, Geff, was very pleasant, very punctual, and reliable. He was also an excellent guide, and we are still amazed at how he could drive so well and spot so many animals at the same time. He could also answer all our questions about the animals. He drove very safely, and we felt comfortable at all times. He treated the animals and nature with great respect and also explained a lot about the country to us.
Our 5-day tour: Mombasa - Emali by train (the premium class is highly recommended!), Amboseli, Nakuru, Masai Mara, Mount Longonot. We started in the morning between 5 and 7 a.m. and arrived at the hotels around 7 p.m. We covered long distances and spent a lot of time in the car, but that was exactly what we wanted: to see different animals in different parks – and not just relax in a hotel lounger.
On the tour, we saw herds of elephants, Mount Kilimanjaro, giraffes, zebras, many lions (including hunting), warthogs, buffalo, antelopes, gazelles, cheetahs, and more.
Perhaps we were lucky, but we would definitely go on a safari again during the "rainy season," as we only experienced a minute of light rain. The grass was a bit high in places, but we still saw the animals well, and the number of other jeeps was manageable. Often we were even alone.

We had a wonderful safari with Edwin Safaris! Peter was great about reaching out and arranging everything before our trip, and Timothy was an excellent driver for our six day safari. Edwin Safaris is simply the best! We got an excellent price for a wonderful and tailor-made experience of 5 nights through three different parks. Our (perfectly English speaker) guide was always ready to accommodate any our request. He knew each spot where to find animals and taught us about their habits and characteristics.

great experience
we was a group of 6 persons,and make a 6 days safari in Amboseli,lake Nakuri and masai mara. The organization was perfect and we see a lot of animals. The only hard days was during the transfert from Amboseli to masai mara (9 hours with a 4X4 vehicle...) but if you want see all ,this is necessary. The lodge was clean and the food was good...Thank's Peter for the organization!
