Our tour operator was Tom (Tumsifu). He is thoughtful, kind and very knowledgeable!
We had a great experience with Wakanda. Tom was great in asking us what we wanted to get out of the Safari. He was considerate to us and we even managed to see all of the animals we wanted to including the big 5. I would highly recommend going with Wakanda tours and choosing Tom (Tumsifu) as your tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and is keen to answer any questions you might have. It has been a once in a lifetime experience !

Surpassed every expectation!
We booked a 7 day safari in the higher-mid range, private, for 2 people. I will limit my review to the actual service Serengeti Wakanda provides, as they are obviously a Safari agency and some services (logistics, safari guide & game drives) they provide directly, others they use partners (acommodation).
Their service is very good, any logistics issue, any problem, and they try to fix and help out. They will be there ALL the way during your trip and they will not fail. Not once did we feel left out, and this is important.
The best part of their service is their amazing guides. We had the luck of getting Max, a very knowledgeable and fun person, who went way, way out of his way to deliver what was in our expectations and much, much more. We left with wonderful experiences we could've only have dreamt, all thanks to Max. The difference between having a worthy guide like him elevates the trip to an entirely new level. Believe me, the things we saw would not have been possible had Max not put all the work he put in.
I can only recommend Serengeti Wakanda. All my friends looking to plan a Safari are getting their direct number from me.

My first Safari, Best time ever!
From the very beginning of this fantastic Safari, I knew it would be special. There was always great communication and I felt like my adult daughter and I were well taken care of. Our tour guide, Edward was the best ever. He was always professional, patient, and could answer our questions and anticipate our needs during the trip. I would ask for him personally when I visit again. The accommodations were awesome with food and staff that were top notch.

Reliable and amazing!
It was a great and memorable experience with Wakanda.
Glory helped in all the arrangement in making this trip smooth sailing. We are happy on the choices of lodge she arranged.
Despite late arrival due to flight delayed, Joshua was very patient in assisting to our hotel and check in.
During the safari, Tom impressed us with his knowledge in wildlife and culture. He is very patient in answering all our questions, made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The highlight of this trip was his determination to make sure we able to spot leopard to complete our big 5 although we understand it is a challenge in this raining season. We are so grateful we are able to spot it towards the end of our trip, thanks for not giving up Tom.

Felix’s knowledge, passion and experience made the trip and unforgettable adventure.
We did the 7-Day Northern Circuit with cultural tourism luxury tour. We booked the tour through Beatrice and from the beginning she was amazing! She went above and beyond for us when our luggage went missing offering solutions and being so helpful. She was efficient and consistent with quick replies to any questions we had prior and throughout the trip. Beatrice made the whole booking process so easy for us and gave us all the information we needed before travelling to Africa. She also organised a cake for my sister’s birthday which was so thoughtful. We were very lucky to be assigned Felix as our tour driver. His extensive knowledge about the animals and nature truely enhanced our trip, making my it a fantastic and memorable adventure, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Beyond his driving skills, Felix truly stood out for his remarkable ability to spot animals, ensuring we didn't miss a single incredible sight, he made sure we saw all of the big five!! His great sense of humor kept us laughing, and he went the extra mile by diligently maintaining the safari vehicle, restocking our wine (very important!), and ensuring that each of the hotels we stayed at catered to our dietary needs. Awesome every aspect
We were a group of eight with two vehicles and all enjoyed every minute of the tour. We saw the BIG 5 along with so many experiences of the wildlife, the knowledge of our guides and their hawk eyes.
Our picnics were fun, tasty, hot meals with wine being available.
Sense of humor, courtesy goes a long way. Our surprise gifts were a bonus, as we're our accommodations!
Right from our contact with the tour operators via e mails we felt comfortable and confident that we chose the right company. We made no mistake...great memories, experiences Awesome !

Filex had an incredible eye for spotting wildlife, ensuring we saw the Big Five and many other amazing animals up close. He was always patient, answering all our questions and adjusting the pace to suit our interests. His driving was smooth and safe, making even long game drives comfortable. Exceptional safari experience, with a perfect guide (Edward)
A fantastic experience that I highly recommend!
Edward, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us spot many animals thanks to his deep understanding of the parks and animal behavior. He was always helpful and flexible, making each game drive enjoyable and safe, even on muddy dirt roads.
The tour was well organized, with full and tasty meals (not just sandwiches!), plenty of drinks available in the car, and high-quality accommodations (we chose the mid-range/luxury option).
I strongly recommend Serengeti Wakanda and especially Edward as a guide for an unforgettable safari in Tanzania!
