Amazing experience!
We had an absolutely amazing safari experience! We were incredibly lucky with the animals we got to see, which made the experience even more special.
The food was also a real highlight, every meal was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. After a day of exploring, it was wonderful to sit down and enjoy such good food. (Chef Saleem)
We were especially happy with our guide Issa. He is such a cheerful, friendly, and helpful man, and his passion really shines through. He knows so much about the animals, nature, and local culture, and he was always happy to share interesting facts and stories with us. He made the safari both educational and incredibly enjoyable.

Amazing Safari with Wakanda and Max!!
We chose to celebrate our honeymoon with a 7 day midrange safari with Serengeti Wakanda and couldn’t be happier with our decision! Wakanda made everything incredibly easy and the entire trip went off without a hitch. The lodges and camps were all gorgeous, clean and had amazing food! Special shout out to Lala Salama Luxury Tented Camp, which is owned and operated directly by Wakanda in the central Serengeti and was a legitimate 5 star experience in the middle of nature. The planning process was easy as the Wakanda team is extremely knowledgeable but flexible to make sure all our goals were met. Once the Safari started Wakanda had everything planned out to a T and we would certainly travel with them again!
The biggest reason to choose Wakanda is the quality of their guides. Our guide, Max, was an absolute legend! He was a great driver, is extremely knowledgeable about the animals and was an incredible cultural ambassador for his country. He has a knack for predicting animal behavior and multiple times got us up close and personal by moving us into the right position to get amazing pictures by sensing the animals’ moves. Above all Max is just a great dude! He’s happy, friendly and passionate above his job, country and conservation. Our safari was like spending a week with a friend! He worked so hard to make sure we had an amazing honeymoon and we’re really grateful. Travel with Wakanda and request Max as your guide, you won’t regret it!!

We were lucky enough to have an incredible safari experience in Tanzania with Serengeti Wakanda Safari Tours. From the very first moment, everything was perfectly organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed every single day.
One of the highlights of the trip was seeing the Big Five 🦁🐘🐆🦏🐃, something we will undoubtedly always remember. Much of the credit for this goes to Gerald, our guide, who proved to be a true professional: attentive, friendly, with extensive knowledge about the animals, and above all, with an incredible ability to locate wildlife even when it seemed impossible to find.
Thanks to Gerald, we were able to enjoy unique moments and see animals in their natural habitat from incredible distances. It's clear he loves his work and knows the vehicle and the terrain perfectly.

Wonderful and exciting safari with Zepha
One of the most exciting experiences of safari just better than we could imagine.
During our trip of 6 day safari with wakanda the organisation was perfect from the first contact with the agency throw our trip till our departure.
As we contacted Wakanda Serengeti, Gwen took care of us as fast as we texted them, she explained all the details of the trip, discussed all the packages and options of accommodation and helps us to confirm our reservation.
Before our arrival they fixed all things concerning our trip and contacted us as we arrived to Tanzania.
Their driver took us from the airport and the adventure started without any stress.
After that we landed in Serengeti aerodrome and we meet our guide Zephania, such a person, with a lot of qualities, very professional, helpful in all moments, a good guide with large knowledge of nature and animals, and passionate person with his work who never get tired during long days of game driving, he just made our safari wonderful.
All the team off Wakanda knew how to care about us from programation, flight, car transfers, comfort of accommodation, quality of restoration, lagage management...

Our safari experience exceeded every expectation and will remain one of the most unforgettable journeys of our lives.
A very special thank you goes to our guide, Witson, who was simply outstanding. His knowledge, passion, patience, and dedication were remarkable. Thanks to his expertise and determination, we were able to see an incredible variety of wildlife and enjoy countless breathtaking sightings throughout our trip. What impressed us most was his ability to find the perfect locations while often avoiding the large crowds of safari vehicles.
Many times, we were able to observe animals with no other cars nearby, making the experience feel authentic, intimate, and truly special.
We would also like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Lala Salama Lodge. The lodge itself is wonderful, but what truly sets it apart is its people. Every member of the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness from the moment we arrived. We felt at home throughout our stay. The hospitality, attention to detail, and friendly atmosphere were exceptional and made our safari experience even more memorable.
A special thank you also goes to Aishwarya, who organized our trip flawlessly from start to finish. Everything was well planned, communication was always excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. An absolutely exceptional safari from start to finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Choosing Serengeti Wakanda Tour was one of the best decisions we made for our honeymoon. From the very first conversation to our final goodbye, everything was exceptionally well organised, thoughtful and personal. We could not recommend them more highly.
It all started with the presales team. Ymke and Aishwarya were fantastic throughout the planning process. They listened to what we wanted, gave us excellent suggestions and helped us shape an itinerary that was much better than what we would have planned ourselves. Their recommendation to fly directly into Kogatende in Northern Serengeti, rather than spending hours driving there, was brilliant, as was their advice on how many days to spend in each area. We always felt that they were genuinely trying to create the best possible experience for us, rather than simply selling us a package.
Our experience continued with Fabby, who picked us up from Kilimanjaro Airport and took us to our hotel in Arusha, and Cuthbert, who later took us to Arusha Airport for our flight to Kogatende. Both were incredibly friendly, talkative and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. It immediately gave us confidence that we were in very good hands.
And then we met Felix, our safari guide — and honestly, how lucky were we!
Felix was absolutely outstanding. From the beginning, he explained the Serengeti rules and everything we needed to know, and he patiently answered every question we had with incredible detail. He was funny, kind, attentive and always willing to help.
But what really made Felix exceptional was his knowledge of the Serengeti and his skills as a safari driver and guide. His ability to spot animals at an almost impossible distance was incredible — sometimes he could see things with his naked eye that we could barely find with binoculars! He seemed to understand the animals and anticipate what was about to happen. We witnessed not only the Big Five, but also some extraordinary wildlife interactions and action happening right in front of us. There were several moments when it genuinely felt like Felix somehow knew what was going to happen next.
For our stay in Central Serengeti, we were also lucky enough to experience the new Lala Salama Luxury Resort, which was outstanding. Everything was brand new, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. As honeymooners, we were welcomed with a special room setup, and the entire team was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. The views from the dining area and outdoor spaces are simply breathtaking — the kind of scenery that photographs really cannot do justice.
Our final day in Ngorongoro was equally unforgettable and was the perfect way to finish an incredible safari.
And as if all of this wasn’t enough, Serengeti Wakanda also surprised us with some lovely gifts — a T-shirt, a Maasai shuka and mugs. Such a thoughtful and generous gesture that we really appreciated.
Looking back, what stands out most is not just the incredible animals and landscapes, but the people. Every person we interacted with genuinely cared about making our experience special.

PERFECT SAFARI WITH SERENGETI WAKANDA TOURS
We are a married couple traveling with our 17-year-old son; we wanted a private safari conducted in Spanish and had a fairly clear idea of which parks we wanted to visit. From the moment we contacted Serengeti Wakanda Tours, the communication was warm and seamless; they did their utmost to accommodate our wishes, and the booking process was incredibly easy. They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and coordinate every detail so we wouldn't have a single worry. Their professionalism and friendliness—right from the office staff—gave us complete peace of mind.
Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport: we were picked up in a fully equipped, very comfortable van, and the driver was attentive at all times.
What truly made the difference, however, was having Gerald as our driver and guide. Gerald is an incredible professional with over 10 years of experience and a wonderful person. He speaks perfect Spanish, knows every corner of the parks, and has an amazing knack for spotting wildlife and finding the best viewing points before anyone else. In fact, we really wanted to see the wildebeest migration crossing the Mara River, and we actually got to see it twice; thanks to his patience and expertise, we ended up with front-row seats—all due to his quick reactions. It was impressive. He gave us great explanations about the wildlife and Tanzanian culture, always with a great sense of humor and boundless energy. He also showed immense patience in helping us with our photos; he is quite possibly one of the best guides we have ever had, and he made this trip even more memorable.
We were also very impressed by the attention paid to the transport. The 4x4 vehicle was spotless (Gerald cleaned it every day) and equipped with absolutely everything we could need on a daily basis: a cooler always stocked with cold drinks, blankets, and even Wi-Fi. Nothing was missing. Special mention must also be made of the meals; since we were always out on a safari during lunchtime, we enjoyed a wide variety of excellent food every day. They carried a large wicker basket prepared each morning by our accommodation, and we ate proper meals with real plates and cutlery—dishes like rice, chicken, beef, and vegetables. We really appreciated this—having variety and a decent meal—especially when we saw that most other tours were eating the same thing every day out of a standard picnic box.
Staying right in the middle of the savanna was an incredible experience; while some accommodations were better than others, they were all excellent. Without a doubt, the best hotel on our entire route was Hotel Lala Salama during our time in the Serengeti; we had heard it was owned by Wakanda and had just opened this year. You can really tell when a place is run with care and hands-on dedication—the owner is very present, constantly checking on the quality of service. The staff treated us like family. Sleeping to the sounds of nature in spacious cabins fully equipped with every possible amenity—super comfortable beds, a huge bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, a freestanding bathtub with a prime view—was amazing. Every meal we had there was excellent—home-style cooking paired with top-notch service. Everything was sensational; the only downside was that our stay felt too short. We would have loved to spend more time there, but our itinerary was set, and the next day held another adventure on the way to a different park.
This isn't the kind of trip one takes every year, but if we ever go on safari in Tanzania again, you can be sure we’ll do it with Serengeti Wakanda Tours.
