Great people and a great trip
We booked a 3 day safari as part of a holiday to Zanzibar. The early pick up was a bit of a challenge so early into our holiday, but the advantage that gives is a good full first day in the National Park. Within minuets we were seeing Giraffe, Impala and Warthog's. 20 minutes in, a family of elephants shaking fruit out of trees. This was all supported by the guide (Fabian) who explained away but also tried to educate and keep us involved by asking us questions. The second day we did the Bush Walk and the river Trip, I even got to create fire just using a couple of sticks and lots of rubbing them together. On the boat trip we saw lots of Hippos and Crocodiles, getting very close to one Croc in particular. Day 3 was another full day in the park, much warmer which seemed to reduce the number of animals we saw. Although the animal highlights are special (we did get to see a lion as well) the people are what make this trip special. So friendly and helpful. A great team doing their best to make every day special.

Unforgettable Experience
Our safari holiday was simply amazing. From the stunning landscapes to the incredible wildlife, every moment felt like something out of a nature documentary.
We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, rhino – even a cheatah Our guide was brilliant, spotting animals we’d never have noticed and sharing fascinating stories along the way.
The lodges were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff made us feel so welcome. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. A truly unforgettable trip – highly recommended!

Reef & Beach Resort Jambiani:
Food OK, better in the Indian or Italian Restaurants in Site, the Suaheli food was nice though
Rooms tidy and comfortable
Hotel area beautiful (including little Monkeys)
Staff friendly and helpfull
Taxi from Hotel to Jambiani town too expansive, you have to negotiate hard to get a fair price
No real Beach but Jjeety Bar ist perfect
Dolphin tour to the north was good but a lot of boats hunting dolphins...
Lodge in Selous:
Less busy
Decent food
Friendly staff
Great Safari (Lions Not viewable every day, WE Had No luck)
Animals in Site (Monkeys, pigs, Buffalo?!)
Hot water in the rooms

Exceeded my already high expectations. I will absolutely be back
Extremely professional, friendly and organised company. I stayed at Reef and Beach resort and Africa Safari Selous, Tanzania for the safaris. The guides Songoro, Ronald, Fabien and others are very knowledgeable, friendly and every member of staff was very kind to me. All ensured we saw soo many different animals, fauna and flora and educated is on these. The food is sooo tasty at both hotels. Both hotels were kept clean with turn down service every night. My room at Selous was gorgeous, clean and homely. Both resorts have great facilities for entertainment, multiple pools, shops and helpful staff with lots of information signposted around. The safaris were 10/10, once in a lifetime experience and I was so lucky and elated to see a Leopard. Thank you to Janeth, Farid, Raheem, Thomas and everyone else for making me feel welcome and comfortable. Reef & Beach resort is actually one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I am very picky. Beautiful Zanzibar style, modern aesthetic. I have to emphasise the high level of customer service at both resorts, a true reflection of the beautiful, charming, friendly people everywhere in Tanzania

We had a very good holiday! Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful vacation. From start to finish, everything was perfectly arranged. The hotels / accommodations and the food were very good.
But the most beautiful and impressive part was ofcourse the safari for a few days.
Our guide/driver Denis Kawa did a great job and showed us everything ( including the big five!) and told us a lot. All credits to Denis.

The Safari (6 days) was super! the organization was fántastic! (pick up, lunches, communications).
Our driver: Godbless Mkobi was supernice and friendly and a good driver.
We saw a lot of wild animals (big five), a good explanation about the animals and their habitat!

High expectations for a high price, outcome was disappointing
We booked a two-day private safari for Tarangire & Ngorongoro Crater. The first day Tarangire was fine, everything was well arranged and the lodge we stayed in for one night was beautiful.
However, the second day at Ngorongoro Crater was totally different than expected. When we arrived at the gate of the Crater, our guide had trouble entering the Crater…. there was a ‘technical issue’. At the same time, others had no trouble at all entering the Crater.
Eventually we waited up to 3 hours!! During this time, we were not held up to date or what so ever.
After 3 hours, we could finally enter the Crater, but because of this, there was not much time left. We visited the Crater on a very short notice and in a rush. Not what we had expected and paid for.
Eventually I had contact with the Guest relations Tour operator manager, who offered us a refund of $100…. which is not comparable to the time we have lost and the amount we have paid for the trip.
We are very disappointed…

Emmanuel did bring the Safari to us, making use of his experience, enthusiasm and friendliness!
We enjoyed the game drives a lot. However, my partner and I realised and discussed that the joy we had would never have been the same without Emmanuel. He showcased passion, enthusiasm, hospitality and it felt more like a friendship than a guide-client relationship. He made a great effort and acted pro-active from early morning to the evening to find the full variety of animals and beautiful locations.
Besides, he instructed us very well in how to act in the proximity of animals. This for our own safety, but as well to show the right level of respect towards the free and wild animals.
We look back on our days with a big smile and we look forward to come back at some point in time to go on a new adventure, accompanied by your company’s ambassador Emmanuel.
