Lindo was absolutely amazing!
This trip was absolutely perfect- Lindo booked our flights and transportation, as well as our accommodations. The whole experience was done so well and communication was fast. Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent safari with superior service

First safari and did not disappoint!
Have the opportunity to visit the Inverdoorn Private Game Reserve through Gem of Africa and what a weekend it was!
From the hotel pick up in Cape Town, and the gorgeous journey to the reserve, it started amazing.
The staff is friendly, welcoming and always there to answer any questions.
The services are top notch, from the stunning cabin to the swimming pool, and the food was delicious (quality breakfast buffet, very tasty lunch and dinner - you will not be disappointed).
Finally the 2 games (late afternoon and early morning) were mind blowing for a first safari experience.
The booking process was extremely easy, the team always available to adjust if anything is needed, the communication prior to the trip, related to pick up and after the trip was very heart-warming as well.

Wonderful last minute safari
Gems of Africa, and Lindo specifically, did a GREAT job planning our last minute Safari, and it couldn't have been easy as our plans changed multiple times. The transfers were on time and drivers were friendly. Best of all they booked us at the Ivory Tree Game Lodge, beautiful accomodations, that included several drives and a full board for a reasonable price. (Other companies quoted much higher rates for the same lodge.)

Answered questions about the animals with very interesting information!
The game drives were amazing, and you get to see very many animals close up in the wild! Out guide was very knowledgeable and made the rides exiting and fun. Service was great, I had some problems with the kettle in my room and they came to fix it for me, even after the replacement one was also broken. Good value for money for food.

Fantastic
We hired Gems of Africa Safari for a safari and a transfer to Johannesburg via the scenic route, and everything went as planned. There was only one hiccup, but it was quickly resolved. I highly recommend them.

Overall we had a great driver for our transfer and an amazing experience
Although I wasn't confident of this operator at the start, we had an amazing experience with a great transfer driver and Aquilla is an amazing resort with great food and a brilliant spa and wellness centre

Well organised, patient and professional tour operator that planned my trip to perfection.
The service was outstanding. From the moment I booked, until after my trip, Gems of Africa was excellent. Great value for money, amazing hospitality at the lodge, the accommodation was so stunning and excalty what we wanted from our time on our safari. When I changed a few things, nothing was an issue. It was dealt with easily. Would definitely use again and I would highly recommend.

The booking rep responded very patiently to my questions. Our safari was priced more reasonably than I expected. The food at the preserve was delicious, a good variety served, and all staff members were helpful and friendly. The balcony view as fabulous. We had never been on a safari, &
we didn’t know what to expect. On a preserve it was much easier 2 c game than had we visited 1 of the large national parks in Africa. However, it seemed there were 2 many people going through the preserve and the animals were 2 used 2 seeing people. This was particularly true for the lions that were separated from the other animals. This gave it a zoo like feel.
