Well organised, helpful and cared greatly about our experience.
On our safari we went to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The Serena lodges we stayed at were excellent. Our tour guide Omega had perfect English, great knowledge about the area and knew everything about each animal species we found. In the booking process they were very transparent providing us with whatever we asked for to help ensure we knew they were reliable. The value for money felt good albeit expensive as the lodges were incredible.
Amazing time with Full Package Adventures
I found this company on google and was a bit skeptic at first. After submitting my request, they promptly responded planning a detailed trip for my family of 9 travellers. We did a 2 day safari with roundtrip from Zanzibar. It was nothing short of amazing!!!!!
We had pick up from our villa in zanzibar direct to the airport. Upon arrival, the guides awaited for the start of the safari. I had nothing to worry about; they booked the safari, accommodation, pick up and flights.
The guides, FESTO and AMINIEL were absolutely amazing and patient with us. They were verg knowledgeable and made a fun drive. The parks were great particularly the Ngorongoro crater.
The communication was seamless!!! No what what the request, we would receive a whatsapp answer in less than a minute. My entire family enjoyed the trip and it was truly an experience of a lifetime! THANK YOU!!!

Excellent and great communication.
We had a fantastic trip covering the Tarangire and the Crater both were spectacular for seeing the wildlife and our Guide Richard was very good and made the the experience even better would highly recommend.

Full Package provided a good Safari experience at an affordable price
We discovered that the most important aspects of a Safari
1. Your driver/guide is the number 1 and his knowledge will determine your experience
2. Be courteous to the people as they are always welcoming and polite
3. Be flexible and work with the operator as some things are out of their control: we had 1 tented camp that had water issues, and probably due to this camp was not permanent and was moved into the area to be close to Migration
All our other locations were great for what we selected as “comfortable” budget option. Maybe only ask for the permanent camps.
4. Please tip - many are just trainees or volunteers who survive on tips
5. Enjoy Nature and all this great country offers.

Full package adventures was well equipped to receive us, easy pickup from airport, to the hotels/lodges, everything was planned out perfectly, even with the flexibility to do some side things that we asked during the trip

Amazing Safari, Amazing Experience
Max was our instructor and he was absolutely brilliant! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and above all very kind person. He did our game drives in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and lake Manyara. All of them were amazing and we managed to see the big five among others. Also, one of the big five being eating by a lion haha, it was impressive. Thank you so much to full package adventure, it was great! We would highly recommend it.

Max was great, very friendly and knowledgeable on everything Tanzania
The safari tour we chose was great, we managed to see all of the big 5 and lots of times, we managed to see wildnlions and cheetahs eating their kills and a lioness hunting pumba, the overnight stay in the park was wild with lots of animals to be seen and heard while trying to sleep

This is a company with very mature services.
Our guide Festo is very friendly and pays attention to our needs. He always kept looking for animals and told us that his eyesight was very good. He could see lions hunting far away. I tried my best to look at it with a telescope, but he saw it directly. It was really shocking. Our guide looks more loyal and trustworthy than other guides haha.
