Mardi is like Johnnie-on-the-spot; Customer Service at its Best!
Mardi helped structure our 3-Week Self-Drive adventure throughout Namibia. We were interested in the meeting the people, learning the history, learning the geography of Namibia, driving the roads, exploring the desert ecology, exploring the coastal regions, experiencing what life in Namibia is like, experiencing village and tribal life, and, of course, enjoying a real life Safari! Mardi did not disappoint.
She worked out our accommodations to fit our budget and sense of adventure. I preferred rugged and my wife preferred luxury. Well, we did not do any camping at all (wife's choice), but we did do somewhere in the middle to luxury... Happy Wife on vacation wins out all the time 😊🥰😍.
When we needed to adjust dates, Mardi worked it out immediately. We we wanted to stay in one place longer and shorten our stay at another place, Mardi worked it out. When we had questions on cell phone coverage, navigating around the country, and understanding the differences in customs and traditions, Mardi was very helpful.
She was wonderful to work with. Three weeks in a country for the first time can be a daunting task, but Mardi helped to unravel the tight places.
She worked with us like we were family and not just clients. I definitely recommend Mardi to help plan your vacation. She is always available or will be shortly afterwards, no matter where you are located. We hope to see her in person when we visit South Africa.

Efficient and available
It was seamless from the very beginning.
Agent was polite, efficient, enthusiastic and listened to our requests.
Recommended tours were exceptional and the Viatu team were available and responsive throughout. They even reached out of their own accord to confirm our safety when there was news of wild fires in Namibia near our location.
We are already booking our next trip through them.

We have got perfect notes, considering what we should book upfront and what we book on site.
We have got a great app where we could see from where to go what the activities are, and which services are included.
Before we started the trip, we’ve got calls and emails with information about the country and what we have to do before like the visa.

Incredible customer service, flawless organization!
Organizing my self-drive trip through Namibia, with a final visit to the Victoria Falls, was truly fun and easy thanks to the invaluable support from Viatu. All the lodges suggested were far beyond our expectations, and the itinerary perfectly balanced moments of adventure, exploration, and relaxation. Thanks to their priceless help, we even managed to avoid missing our connecting flight at Johannesburg airport.

Botswana with my son
The journey was fantastic! Everything went smooth as programmed, we have constantly been supported by Natasha via whatsapp so we felt really confident. Travelling alone with my 14-year-old son was a challenge and we are both definitely enthusiastic. The locations, the food, the tours were perfect for us. Organization TOP!

Fantastic experience
Cannot praise Natasha and the team at Viatu enough for the magical trip they arranged for us to Namibia and Botswana. Every step along the way was meticulously planned and there were no hiccups - quite amazing as we stayed in four different lodges (all beautiful) with around 10 connecting flights, most via small plane and helicopter. We simply couldn’t have done it without Viatu’s knowledge and expertise. We’ve already recommended Viatu to a family we met on the trip and have no hesitation in recommending them here.
