Reliable, precise and economical.
The tour operator Bienvenido is definitely the right choice. Everything was well organised, the tours started on time, were well planned and the price was reasonable. Kennedy helped us through the booking process and the two drivers (Geoffrey and Michael) were skilled and knowledgeable. We opted for two separate safaris; first 2 nights in Masai Mara and the second 2 nights in Amboseli and Tsavo East. We are very content. It was an amazing experience and we got to see so many beautiful and some rare animals.

My wife and me selected this company to arrange the pakage for us to tour Nairobi, Masai Mara and Ambasoli, they arranged it very well. The staff memebers are very good and very supportive. A great safari experience - professional operator
Bienvenido provided an incredible safari experience.
The driver was very friendly, knowledgeable and obliging. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and the safari met our expectations.
The accommodations and meals were all good, no complaints.
Finally Bienvenido were professional and easy to deal with. All communication was prompt.

Incredible safari company and guide
We had an amazing time on safari - our guide Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He was always on time and spent time explaining the animals to us, stopping off when we needed to and generally being a great guide.
The tour is jam packed in the 3 days - long drives between the parks but understandable and we had 3 game drives which were fantastic. The value for money was great - we stayed in a tented camp and then a lodge, food was good and the beds were comfy.
We were incredibly lucky to see 2 leopards and nearly all of the other animals we wanted to - Mike made sure we always had a good view and we stayed to look at the animals as long as we wanted - I think we watched the 2nd leopard for half an hour and he kept moving so we could see it.
Kennedy who we dealt with in the office was always quick to reply and kept us fully informed on the lead up to our trip and was professional and friendly.
We have already recommended this tour and company to our friends and are talking about booking again.

Perfect
It was a wonderful week (Masai Mara, Naivasha and Amboseli). The camps/hotels were very clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, we didn't encounter any problems! And the guide Daniel: 10/10. Very kind, very attentive, and he knows his job very well. He was with us from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you for everything!! Professional, reliable, and passionate — they made our safari unforgettable!
Our 7-day, 6-night safari from Nairobi to Mombasa — visiting Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli, and Tsavo — was truly the trip of a lifetime.
We were lucky to see so many animals up close and enjoy breathtaking landscapes every single day.

An unforgettable safari experience
From start to finish, our experience with Bienvendo Tours was absolutely fantastic. Communication was excellent right from the outset, every question was answered promptly and clearly, and all arrangements were handled seamlessly. The value for money was outstanding, and every detail of our trip was perfectly organized, including smooth and stress-free transfers.
The accommodation was amazing. Each evening we enjoyed delicious food while overlooking a watering hole, watching elephants play and hippos bathe, a truly magical experience for our whole family.
Our guide, Gedaliah, was exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to all our needs, even making sure our two daughters (aged 9 and 11) were comfortable with plenty of stops along the way. His passion for the wildlife and environment made every moment of the safari even more special.
We can’t recommend Bienvendo Tours highly enough. It was the perfect family adventure, and we will definitely be booking with them again, and requesting Gedaliah as our guide

Professional agency — we booked and paid the deposit. Two weeks before the trip, we had to cancel for health reasons. The agency (Kennedy) was understanding at all times and refunded our money.
