Tailored lucury safari get away
We had an amazing experience with viatu. Very experienced, professional team and great communication. Mardi who helped us with our booking was very perceptive to our requests and organised us an experience beyond our imagination.

Comunication, reliability and the tour itself with overnightstand in lalibela was excellent, price was fine with short-term booking and transfer

Very convenient, well organized trip, exactly as we wanted it
We were more than happy to have chosen viatu for our special trip. They prepared us a lovely route, let us select between wonderful stays and we could modify almost everything. They also provided helpful recommendations for on the go and were always reachable if we had questions or short-term requests. We would definitely go via viatu again to any country in Africa.

Incredible service
Mardi was incredible. She sent multiple custom made routes to tailor to our desires, and very quickly. I cannot recommend her enough!

Friendly, courteous contact who fulfilled all requests
All special requests were fulfilled, and the contact person was always available during the trip.
This meant she was able to help us spontaneously when we missed our connecting flight on arrival and therefore arrived in Namibia a day late. The rebooking of our accommodation and rental car went smoothly.

Great communication from planning our trip through South Africa (great recommendations, adherence to our expectations, additional tips and insights, flexibility in adjusting multiple times), to preparing for our trip (sending guidebooks, asking for all relevant documentation, communicating with all lodges and sharing our information) to during the trip (concierge service, great app with tailored day by day recommendations).
Specificall Was impressed by the personalized day by day write up from the Viatu Team that made our travel through South Africa very special. Everything went excellent (car rental, logges) and we always knew that if they would be questions, we have someone to talk to.

outstanding, personalised service with exquisitely selected locations
Before our trip, we were sent a website designed especially for us, which provided detailed information about all the hotels. Numerous activities and restaurants in the area were suggested to us. Our contact person, Simone, helped us book excursions. Shortly before the trip, we had a video call with Simone and received further individual suggestions for activities on site. All of this was absolutely outstanding.
The selection of exquisite hotels was fantastic in terms of location, facilities and service. It couldn't have been better. Viatu gets 15 out of 10 points.
