Reliable and easy to work with.
We booked a 3-day camping safari with Vision Tours. The provider offered us 4 different routes and advised us on the content of each option. We opted for a fly-in safari from Zanzibar to Arusha and are very happy with our choice. The provider booked our flights and transfers. Shortly before the safari began, a team from the tour operator came to our accommodation, answered our questions and gave us gifts. The safari itself was world class. We saw the Big 5 and all the other animals that live in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our driver, JUSTINE, was very helpful, funny and friendly. Even though we had difficulties with dinner one evening because we were taken to a different lodge than planned, it turned out to be for the best: due to expected rain, the tour operator upgraded our camping accommodation so that we wouldn't get wet. Everything was sorted out quickly via WhatsApp. The team is really easy to reach and helpful. Overall, I can highly recommend the budget safari with Vision Tours.

Amazing safari
Thank you to both guides/drivers for this amazing safari expirience. Both were very nice and we got to learn interesting information about Tanzania and all of the animals. We came from north of Europe, so seeing elephants, lions, giraffes, antilopes, hippos, EVEN ONE RHINO and much more animals a few meters away from us- it was a dream come true. Also the food was very very tasty. We even got little souveniers and gifts from the company which was very thoughtful and nice. Recommend 10/10!!!

Great Safari Experience in Tanzania
I had a wonderful safari trip in Tanzania. The tour company helped me perfect my itinerary according to my budget and chose lovely accommodations for me. They were always easy to reach and quick to answer any questions, providing all the information I needed. The safari was a shared group tour, and while there were some delays in the mornings due to picking up people from different hotels, it didn’t take away from the experience. I enjoyed meeting friendly travelers from all around the world. Overall it was a well-organized and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

I booked a 3 day trip to the Ngorogoro crater, Lake Manyara and Tarangire national parks with Vision Safari and Tours, having read their reviews and noticed they offered a package I could afford, travelling solo.
From the initial booking, Gloriana kept close contact through email and whatsapp, advising of the itinerary and everything was taken care of, transport, accommodation, which was comfortable, with good food in very pleasant surroundings. I was also loaned a pair of binoculars which was very much appreciated.
Each day was amazing - the scenery breathtaking, the history and geology compelling and the wildlife varied and round every turn was something to observe in these wonderful places. The guides, Simba and Godfrey were experienced and made each day such an interesting and enjoyable time - and their knowledge of the area and the animals was impressive, and a chance to watch a lioness hunt was such a privilege. Not to mention a five star lunch in the most beautiful settings, we were really well looked after and each day was an unforgettable experience.
It was quite clear to me that in order for this to happen, there is a whole team of people working extremely hard with mind bogglingly complex logistics and a clear will to provide clients with the best experience possible. The group of clients I was with changed every day - Rama and Ali, the drivers working hard to bring so many people from different places to where they needed to be, and back again, joining and leaving, coming and going, the guides making the magic happen wherever they needed to be on the day and Gloriana's first class, personalised customer service - everyone does a phenomenal job and the result was an experience I will treasure. Particularly the one or two minor adjustments or small problems that arose, which you would expect in such a complex undertaking and delivery of personalised experiences based on a large number of peoples needs and wants, were dealt with easily and communicated well - we all took priority and somehow they make it work beautifully, making these amazing experiences and their wonderful country accessible to all budgets and requirements without once compromising on quality - the wll used phrase "nothing was too much trouble" is very true. Vision are a great team and one I would recommmend every day of the week - I will definitely be back to visit all the other places on my list and they will be the first people I call! Absolutely incredible safari experience!
Helen from Vision Safari & Tours organised our 4-day/3-night safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and a Maasai village, and it was honestly the most amazing trip we’ve ever done. From start to finish, everything was perfectly arranged and ran so smoothly. Helen was incredible to deal with - so helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. She checked in regularly before and during the trip to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.
Our guide, Tumsifu, was fantastic - so knowledgeable and made the whole safari so memorable. The accommodation was excellent throughout, and the trip itself was great value for money considering the quality of everything included.
We couldn’t recommend Helen and the team more highly. It was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations!
