Excellent way to spend the new year with a great guide
We had to change our plans in a hurry due to the civil unrest in Tanzania. I had to begin to plan from the beginning as we never were staying in Kenya. But I picked Issac and best memories to help me refine a great itinerary and it was truely the best thing we could have done and truely have the best memories. From the beginning with Issac to being on the road with Anthony for 10 days we will always memories of a lifetime. My favourite place was Kibo in Amboseli loved that place so glad we had 2 nights. Next Kigani Lodge in east Tsavo and servin camp. The rest were good but these the service the facilities the food and accommodation were exceptional. Anthony as a guide has a funny sense of humour keeps you laughing. He is very knowledgeable and likes to keep you up to date with all animals and birds you see also tit bits about the areas. Loves hearing different accents like our kiwi one that I am sure he still laughs about some things. Don’t hesitate book a safari with Best memories and you truely will get that we have no regret.

Excellent experience with a great Driver/Guid
We had an amazing experience with best memory safari.
The trip was well planned and all accommodation were satisfying.
Isaac was great in communication while booking and always available despite the time difference from Kenya and Canada.
Our itinerary was exceptional and we saw plenty of animals including the big 5.
Lastly our Driver Patrick was great! Very kind and knowledgeable and just a pleasant person to be around.

Private Couple's Safari - A Dream Come True
We started planning this vacation in January, and thanks to friends, I was able to contact Best Memory Safaris, where Isaac was available to provide all the requested quotes and answer all our questions.
Given their professionalism and kindness, we decided to book a 3-day (2-night) beach trip in Diani, in a beautiful all-inclusive international resort, in addition to the 6-day (5-night safari).
We landed in Mombasa at 5:30 in the morning (one of the few that leaves immediately), and upon our arrival, the legendary Mathias was there, a guide who spoke fluent Italian and who had been working in this field since 1988.
We set off on a private couple's tour in a Land Cruiser. From the airport, we visited Tsavo West, Amboseli, Ziwani Sanctuary, and Tsavo East National Parks.
Our safari was anything but monotonous because Isaac organized early morning tours, one on foot with a ranger, one at night by car, a tour of the Maasai village, and a ranger-led tour of the pools of the rare blue fish.
Our guide, Mathias, knowing all the parks very well, allowed us to see and photograph numerous animals and stunning landscapes. He always knew how to pick the right moments to approach the animals with discretion and respect, allowing us to gain the best perspective.
The quality was also evident in the choice of lodges:
- Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge (inside Tsavo West), indescribable;
- Amboseli Sentrim Camp (outside Amboseli), wonderful tents in a very well-maintained setting;
- Voyager Ziwani Tented Camp (Ziwani Sanctuary), a corner of paradise with hippos and crocodiles;
- Ashnil Aruba Lodge (Tsavo East), in the land of the red elephants.
We were happy and had unforgettable moments, and for this reason we recommend Best Memory Safaris to everyone!

Amazing
We had an incredible 10-day tour with Best Memory Safaris, exploring some of Kenya’s most stunning destinations including Masai Mara, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and more. From the very beginning, communication with Isaac was smooth and professional. He was extremely helpful during the planning phase and even came personally to pick us up from our hotel in Nairobi, which was a great touch.
Our driver and guide for the entire trip was Charles, and we couldn’t have asked for a better companion on the road. Charles is not only a highly experienced driver, but also incredibly knowledgeable about wildlife and nature. He always made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcome, and his warm and friendly personality made the entire experience even more special. Charles went above and beyond every single day to ensure we had an unforgettable adventure.

Excellent organisation, reliable, trustworthy
We really didn't want to book a safari with our travel company or the hotel as they tend to be more expensive. I found BMS online and requested a quote. I confess I was a little concerned as I didn't know BMS nor had I heard of them and as always you are worried about losing your money and not getting what you hoped for. This was also our honeymoon so really wanted to be reassured about the company. Within minutes of submitting my request, I received a quote and a message from Isaac to ask if he could help further. From then on the lines of communication were clear and Isaac organised everything. Isaac personally came to the hotel with our guide Anthony and we had a fabulous 3 days, 2 nights. Hats off to Anthony who was incredibly knowledgeable and has the eyesight of an eagle! He spotted things on our safari that no human should be able to see. The great thing, for us, with a private tour was the flexibility and ability to adjust the drives and departure times around our schedule. A beautiful journey that never ends
I have been a customer of BMS (best Memories Safaris) for a long time and can only say that I am always happy to return. This time I left everything to Isaac, the organisation, the parks, the lodges, and it was perfect. We started from Nairobi via Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara to Lake Navaisha. One of Kenya's many scenic highlights. We were lucky enough to see the ‘BIG FIVE’ in their natural environment. The tranquillity and professional knowledge of our guide Joshua was particularly impressive. The warm hospitality of Kenya, together with the choice of natural yet luxurious accommodation made this trip an unforgettable experience. Of course, the next trip with best Memories Safaris is already planned. What I would like to emphasise here is that BMS is always fair in terms of value for money. There is stable communication right from the start and the vehicles are roadworthy. Invoices are transparent and you have the option of paying in different currencies. I personally prefer KSH. Perfect Trip
We spent from October 24th 2024 three days in Tsavo East at the Sentrim Safari Lodge. Everything was perfectly organized by Isaac Musyoki, boss of bestmemorysafaris. Our guide Kevin took us through the national park and knew the best spots for sightings. Our wishes were also taken into account. We can fully recommend bestmemorysafaris and will request our next Kenya safari from Isaac again.
