Reliable, good price, and good guide
The front communication with extra mile is very smooth, and they follow up proactively and answered all our questions. Simon is our guide, he is professional, knows all the animals and birds. He is also very nice, doing extra effort trying to find the animals we are looking for. He is also a safe driver - which is important as the road conditions are not great there. Would def recommend!

Fantastic Kenya safari with Extra Miles
We had a wonderful experience with Extra Miles Unique Adventures during our Kenya trip in the last week of February. Our itinerary included Amboseli and the Masai Mara, and everything was very well organized from start to finish. Pickups and airport transfers were smooth and convenient, the safari vehicles were comfortable, and all the hotels arranged were great.
Our guides in Amboseli were very good, and the guides in the Masai Mara were truly exceptional — knowledgeable, passionate, and fantastic at spotting wildlife, which made our safari experience even more memorable.
Overall, everything went exactly as planned, and we had a fantastic trip. We would definitely recommend them for anyone planning a safari in Kenya.

If you’re planning a Kenya safari, I highly recommend Extra Miles. I had already chosen the routes and hotels in advance, and four months before the trip I started agent selection. I emailed more than a dozen agents, but Extra Miles stood out in terms of the quote, response speed, and the level of detail in their feedback, leaving a very strong first impression.
After thorough discussions, I ultimately chose Extra Miles because of Joseph: all questions were answered in great detail and with professionalism, and he gave excellent advice tailored to our needs (which later proved very useful). He maintained ongoing follow-up and communication throughout, regularly checking how we were feeling, and promptly addressing any issues.We actually landed in Kenya on the day of travel, and there were some flight hiccups. Joseph actively coordinated with the hotel and transportation to make further arrangements. When we met in person, you could feel his passion for the work and how much he enjoys it. Overall, I’m very grateful that he arranged this perfect journey for us.
I’d also like to particularly recommend the guide Felix. He isn’t the most talkative guide, but he is very reliable. We were traveling with a 6-year-old girl, and Felix drove very steadily the whole time, which put us at ease. Throughout the trip, Felix accompanied us all the way, including hotel check-ins and communications, the Naivasha boat ride, park entry, and so on—everything was arranged very well. He drove more than eight hours a day, yet never showed fatigue or unhappiness.
All in all, this 10-day Kenya trip, arranged by Extra Miles, was perfect. It left us with unforgettable memories and strengthened our desire to return. Next time we will definitely choose Extra Miles again, and Joseph and Felix.

We had the most incredible safari experience thanks to Extra Miles. From the very beginning, the communication with Joseph was seamless. He was extremely responsible, answering all our questions patiently and customizing the perfect itinerary for us.
The planning was spot-on—great balance between game drives and relaxation. A huge shoutout to our guides, Jason and Isaac. They were not only a skilled driver but also a fantastic spotter. Their knowledge of the animals and the ecosystem was impressive, and he made sure we got the best views and photos. We felt safe and well taken care of the entire time.

Fantastisk professjonal
We are a family of 15 people who traveled together on vacation, ranging in age from 11 to 70 years. We had many wishes for the trip, including visiting a village, going on safari, and relaxing in Mombasa.
During the journey we had several flights, a train trip, bus rides, and safari drives. All the drivers were fantastic. The guides we had in Masai Mara were very knowledgeable about what was happening in the park. We were lucky enough to see the Big Five.
The company handled any changes that came up quickly and efficiently. They were available for us 24/7. Traveling with this company felt safe and well organized.

Far exceeded expectations! Winnie was my contact person, and she was incredibly diligent and responsible. She would start replying to my messages as early as 6 a.m. local time every day. She answered every question I had—unlike some people who only respond to a few selectively when asked multiple questions, Winnie always gave very clear answers. When we made some adjustments during our trip, she actively helped us modify the plans and promptly checked in on how our travel experience was going.
Our guide and driver, Simon, is more introverted and doesn't talk much, but his service was exceptionally proactive and efficient. He showed us an incredible number of animals. On the second day alone, he took us to witness a lion hunting a buffalo from start to finish, and we were the only vehicle on-site to see the entire process. On the third day, as we waited to observe cheetahs hunting, Simon predicted where the cheetah would go and maneuvered our vehicle ahead of dozens of others to give us the best view. Simon taught himself Chinese and has pretty good pronunciation with accurate tones; he would tell us the Chinese names of the animals and even knew whether they were male or female. He also took us to buy Coke at a price half of what the hotel charged. Every time we loaded our luggage onto the vehicle, he would cover it with a cloth to protect it from dust. If the windows got dirty the day before, the vehicle would be spotless again when he picked us up the next morning. There were so many more such details. I believe Simon is an impeccable guide and driver—all of us thought he was absolutely fantastic with no faults whatsoever. Before leaving, I even gave Simon my copy of the East African Animal Guide.

bold and cautious
Our guide Simon was extremely conscientious and responsible. Throughout the entire trip, he was meticulous—the vehicle was filthy inside and out after the safari, yet we found it spotless the next morning. His driving skills were also excellent, so we never had any safety concerns. The most delightful surprise was Simon's ability to name animals in Chinese with remarkably accurate pronunciation—highly recommended for Chinese visitors. We witnessed lion and leopard hunting twice, thanks to Simon's driving skills and keen eyesight. I've already added Simon on WeChat and started recommending him to my friends. Thanks to Simon, our group of six enjoyed a truly fortunate and perfect safari experience!
