Lucy was responsive and considered when helping us plan our trip
We engaged a number of operators to help plan our holiday. Axis sfrica was tje most responsive and gave excellent advice on where we should stay and for how long, taking into account our needs and wishes. They produced an excellent tour at a very competitive price.

Amazing
We had an amazing safari in Amboseli, and it was an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to Kelvin, our guide, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard to make sure we had the best wildlife sightings possible.
A special thanks to Cynthia for organising everything so smoothly. The whole trip was seamless from start to finish, with excellent communication and great attention to detail.
I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari. Thank you both for an incredible experience!

Amazing
This was a great experience to see so many awesome things. We got to see so many different animals, different cultures within villages and more. Our guide, Jack, was well informed and gave us lots of information on Kenya!

Axis Safari is a very professional organization, responsive, and open to personal customization.
Recommended: Axis Safari, and our driver, Rodger, have been excellent. Rodger was excellent at sighting the wildlife, and then giving us the relevant details. Unlike previous guides we have had, Rodger offered up interesting information without having to be asked.
Communicated and well organised
I was kept informed throughout the booking. All questions was answered. All accommodation booked through them was lovely and catered for all our needs. Our guide was John Mwangi who was very patient with us. He was very knowledgeable about the animals and area. The only downside was we should have brought smaller cases as the jeep was not big enough for 8 big suitcases and 8 small bags.

Wonderful safari experience with a reliable tour operator
We engaged Axis Africa for a 6-day safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.
We were incredibly lucky to have Kelvin as our guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, not just about animals and birds, but about Kenya as a whole. Throughout our journey, even during the long drives between destinations, we learnt so much about the different villages, towns, culture, and way of life in Kenya. Kelvin was always patient and able to answer all our questions with great insight.
Beyond his knowledge, Kelvin took excellent care of us throughout the trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best possible experience. Our safari days were long and often ended late, but Kelvin never once lost his enthusiasm or passion. His dedication and love for what he does truly made the trip even more special.
Anyone would be very lucky to have Kelvin as their guide. We highly recommend Axis Africa and Kelvin to anyone looking to embark on a safari in Kenya. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories that we will always cherish!

Responsive and reliable
We had a great experience on a 6 day safari in Kenya with Axis Africa. Our tour coordinator Lucy was highly responsive throughout the planning phase and subsequent followup, helping us to craft a customized itinerary that met all out needs. The safari experience itself was amazing, with our guide Kelvin always enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about local wildlife and culture. Would highly recommend going with Axis Africa!

Absolutely Fantastic
Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic. The whole experience of the safari was extraordinary. We saw lions, cheetahs, giraffes, elephants and so many more. This was largely due to John Mwangi. His knowledge was outstanding. He worked well with his colleagues to share information on animal sightings. He got us there safely and promptly. He made a trip of a lifetime better than we could ask for or imagine. His professionalism and kind temperament mixed with enthusiasm, punctuality and reliability made the tour brilliant and fun. No question was stupid. He made sure we had the best views of the animals. John Mwangi navigated tough terrain seamlessly.
The transport was clean and very comfortable. This man is an asset, he deserves a pay rise.
The accommodation and food was lovely. Nothing less than 4 stars.
It was great value for money.
Thank you
Professional, delightful and a real ambassador for his country and Kenya
I can highly recommend Axis and particularly his tour guide and driver Yasmin . Yasmin was a delight to travel with, he was bright , engaging and a professional who was very knowledgeable. He not only is an expert driver but a respectful and engaging guide . He was very patient and tuned in to our needs, it was never a trouble to wait patiently as birds and animals alike were photographed. We all felt safe and comfortable with him at the helm. Lovely, gentle and kind person who kept and eye on us and was pleased to show us Kenya and all it’s splender. A great ambassador.

Raheem Mwema was knowledgeable, friendly, well connected, and respectful of people and animals
This was a great experience! I took a 2 night 3 day trip from nairobi to massai mara and back. Raheem Mwema was my tour guide, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, well connected, and respectful of people and animals. Because of his professionalism, I think is why why we had the chance to see such a variety of animals. I have never been on safari before, so I chose the midrange option at Mara Chui, which was very nice, but I think I was worried the tent option woupd have been too rustic, which now I know I would have been fully satisfied. The food was great, the animals were great, and the peoppe were friendly. In my 2 night 3 day trip, I saw all the anikals I could ask for, including: two leopards, ostriches, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras elephants, vultures, hyenas, warthogs, Impalas, antelopes, water bucks, lions, Cheetahs and a cheetah hunt, Cape Buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, mongooses , monkeys , baboons , jackals , and more! The communication to set up and ask clarification on the itinerary with axis africa was great on WhatsApp. The package I chose was $690 usd and I think it was totally worth it, and I think I also would have been fully satisfied staying in a tent, which would have been around $400. The schedule and hotel stayed very much on time, which I appreciated. I was also surprised at how comfortable the Safari Jeep was even though it was a bumpy ride through the bush. We had six people in our Jeep but we could all see whatever we wanted to at all times.
