An unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experience
My safari was an experience I will never forget, and that is mainly because of the incredible people who made it so special.
First of all, I want to give a huge thank you to Pritika. The company should consider itself incredibly lucky to have someone like her on their team. She was actually the main reason I chose this tour. Even before I booked, she answered every single one of my questions quickly, kindly, and at all hours of the day. From the very beginning, she made me feel safe and reassured that if anything happened, she would be there to help, and she absolutely was. Customer service like hers is rare these days.
Our drivers and guides were equally amazing. We visited Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, and we were fortunate enough to see an incredible variety of wildlife. That wasn’t just luck, it was thanks to our guides, who were passionate, knowledgeable, and determined to give us the best possible experience. They explained everything in detail, answered every question, and went above and beyond to make sure we saw as many animals as possible. You could truly feel how much they love what they do.
What impressed me even more was the way everyone treated us on a personal level. Towards the end of the trip, things became stressful. I was exhausted, hungry, frustrated, and disappointed. Despite that, the driver who stayed with me on the last day did everything he could to make me smile again, and he actually succeeded. The driver who picked me up from the hotel the following morning and took me to the airport also knew exactly how to lift my spirits. That kind of kindness and empathy cannot be taught; it comes from the heart. These are the people who make a trip truly unforgettable.
Unfortunately, there is one major issue that urgently needs attention: the vehicles.
We had the oldest vehicle of the tour, and unfortunately, it showed. On the second day, the pop-up roof actually collapsed onto me twice because it couldn’t be secured properly in the strong wind. Thankfully, I wasn’t injured, but it could easily have caused an accident. Guest safety should always be the highest priority.
On the last day, our vehicle broke down twice. As a result, we arrived back far too late, and I missed my flight. I had to stay an extra night, which meant that all the plans I had already made for the following day in Zanzibar had to be cancelled. Once again, Pritika immediately stepped in, organized everything, and made a difficult situation much easier to handle, for which I am truly grateful. However, as a traveler, it was still very disappointing.
In my opinion, the problem is not the staff, they give more than 100% every single day. The issue lies with the management. If guests are paying good money for a safari, part of that investment should go into maintaining and replacing the vehicles. Such dedicated employees deserve reliable equipment, and guests deserve a safe and dependable experience.
My final impression is very clear: the people are what make this safari exceptional. Pritika, the guides, and the drivers are the reason I returned home with wonderful memories despite the challenges. They truly understand what outstanding customer service means and treat their guests with genuine warmth, kindness, and respect.
If the company invests in newer and safer vehicles, this safari would be absolutely perfect. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously because they already have an outstanding team, they simply need to provide them with the tools they deserve.
One last thing I would like to mention is how wonderful the group was that I shared this safari with. From the very first day until the last, everyone was kind, fun, and easy to get along with. We laughed together, shared unforgettable moments, and made this adventure even more special. I feel truly grateful to have met such amazing people and to have experienced this incredible journey with them. They were a big part of what made this safari so memorable.

Great.
Our experience with this company was perfect. Our guide, William, was excellent, allowing us to see all the Big Five, even up close. The accommodations we stayed in were consistent with our itinerary. I recommend Friend Camp for anyone looking to stay in a tented camp. For anyone choosing to sleep in a tent in Ngorongoro, I recommend very warm clothing. The overall experience was excellent, and there were no unexpected issues. Highly recommended.

The smoothest, quickest and easiest correspondence with timely responses. Brilliant
From the start to the finish, everything was meticulously organised by intimacy adventure and ran like clockwork. From the tour guides, hostel staff, drivers, other travellers we met, everything was just perfect and smiles all around.
I would highly recommend using intimacy adventure, mainly because they take the stress and any anxiety out of organising everything and planning the perfect adventure for you.
Yes there was some apprehension, but I needn't have worried. Intimacy made sure they made our safari a memorable trip which my children and I shall cherish this amazing experience - thank you Pritika.

Great tour - great places - great guide and a loads of animals
Since we know how hard it is to see wildlife in their habitat our expectation got exceeded in a wa, we couldn't imagine. We saw every animal I could think of in loads and in different settings, except of rhino and hyena, where we "only" saw one. We were lucky to see all other animals very close to us, elephants, giraffe, zebras, lions, ... just passing us within a meter from the car. Our guide David was great too, trying to maximise our experience and doing all for us. Food was plenty of it, what I was afraid of before the booking, since I can eat a lot with my height of 1.98m and 96kg. The accomodations were fine as well, we even got a upgrade at the Serengeti so we didnt had to sleep in a tent. Totally would recommend this tour for everyone that doesnt has to sleep in a five star resort.

An unforgettable and perfectly organized safari experience.
My recent safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro was fantastic. Intimacy Adventure delivered on everything they promised. The schedule was executed perfectly with absolute punctuality. A special mention goes to Pritica for her incredibly fast responses and warm communication, making the booking process a breeze. The on-the-ground staff were true professionals from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Great trip
We had a 4 days - private safari, 3 days in different national parks and the last day at the foot of the Kilimanjaro with waterfall and coffee tour. All the tours were really amazing. Special thanks to our safari guide who gave us a lot of infos about the places and animals and made out tour unforgettable.
The food offered was tasty, there wasn't a single meal we didn't like.
The only negative I can say about this trip is that our domestic flight back to Zanzibar was cancelled and the organisers didn't inform us about this so we had to wait 8 hours at the tiny airport until 2 am for the next flight because everything else in between was booked out last minute.
