Amazing Kenya and Tanzania Safari Experience!
Zanzi was responsive, flexible, affordable and easy to work with. They helped us book and customize a safari that was exactly what we were looking for (8-day Kenya to Tanzania safari with budget accommodations, seeing Masai Mara, Amboselli, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater). They were flexible and helpful during the planning process. While we were on the safari, they were very communicative and checked in several times to make sure things were going smoothly. The agent Lydia answered any questions we had and was able to resolve minor issues quickly, both while planning and during the safari. The contracted guides were all knowledgeable and safe, highly competent drivers.
A couple things could have been clearer when booking, like expectations with lodging (a lot more rustic in Tanzania with no provided mosquito nets) and extra costs (e.g. tipping private cooks that we didn't know we'd have in Tanzania).
Something thing we would consider next time is that while going to multiple different parks provided great variety, we had less dedicated safari time than if we had stayed in one area. Of our 8 day trip, most of 4 days were spent traveling between parks. Crossing from Kenya to Tanzania also involved a lot of waiting and took up most of one day.
All in all, though, we had an unforgettable trip, and we would recommend Zanzi to any safari-goer!

Safari and accommodation was arranged by Lydia and Precious. Texted to confirm dates and transportation from airport and hotel and safari .When we wanted to extend stay that was not an issue.

The best experience of my life
Even before the tour began, I felt reassured by the prompt replies to my emails. The handling of payments and confirmations was also very thorough.
I was able to see plenty of animals, including, of course, the Big Five. Communication between the guide and the tour participants was excellent.

Professional from start to finish
An unforgettable adventure across Kenya and Tanzania. The itinerary was well planned, communication was excellent, and every transfer was handled professionally.
I chose a budget safari, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations. The lodges were comfortable, the hotel service was very satisfying, and everything was well organized.
The guide's experience made a real difference, helping us spot incredible wildlife, including rare sightings like a serval. Watching the Great Migration, enjoying the hot air balloon experience over the savannah, and seeing Mount Kilimanjaro towering over Amboseli were unforgettable highlights.
I would definitely choose this agency again.

Really great and helpful agency, with 24/7 communication via whattsup
Like I said in the title they are very good and helpful. Even when our flight was delayed they gave us a discount, driver picked us at our airbnb first day and dropped us on the last day of the safari tour.
Sometimes our guide decided that he will drop us at different accomodation with the rest of our car, so we can talk with them thru dinner and breakfast.
Great people, great guides and very great stay at Kenya
We had a great time and we are recomending this agency to our friends and family.

He really knew what he was doing and where and how drive
The communications and organizations was excelent. Everything was how IT was planed l. There wasn`t any problem. People warking here were nice and friendly and helpful. Food was good and the tents was clean.

Freshia as my operator is very responsive, thoughtful and patient with all my questions
I joined this company for a 6-day, 5-night safari, visiting Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli. It was a wonderful trip that made a childhood dream come true.
Freshia and Victoria, our tour operators, were responsive and considerate throughout our communication and with my pickup scheduling.

Very professional
We just finished a 5-day safari with Zanzi and it was PERFECT!
From the very first moment, communication was incredibly smooth. Freshia, Victoria, and especially Lydia demonstrated great professionalism and patience, answering all our questions and tailoring the itinerary and accommodations to our needs.
Lydia took care of every detail and was attentive to us throughout the trip, making us feel right at home. An unimaginable experience
We have been overwhelmed by Zanzi African Safaris safari arrangements and schedule. They planned it just the way we expected starting from stays, all included food and water to the most important game drives. We started our social media journey as wildlife enthusiasts and naturalistâs photographers as @Wildframe_Duos(Instagram, Facebook), Zanzi with a team of excellent guides helped our Kenya, Tanzania safaris to become a grand success. We have photographed not just the wildlife, but captured moments that are unforgettable. Be it the Great Wildebeest migration, the Big 5, the ugly 5 and so much more that we have stories of lifetime.
