Bookings and cancellations.

We updated our cancellation policy due to Corona Virus Pandemic.

1) Free to postpone a safari for 12 months up until a day before departure
(the value of the existing booking will be reserved for the new booking)

2) Free to cancel a safari up until 28 days before departure AND
Max 20% deposit (Fully refundable when cancelling up until 28 days before
departure.)

3) Final payment no less than 28 days before the tour starts (not earlier)


How to send funds:

Bank to bank wire transfer and credit cards like Visa, Master cards but please note, credit cards need to add 3.6% credit card surcharge.

Other terms and conditions

If Client book let say 8 days safari and use only 5 or 4 days safari, just because he/she tired, Sick, injured, not interested or saw everything and want to make the trip shorter no refund for unused portion same as Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru treks.

The prices based on total number of tourists/Clients in the group. If happen other cancelled in the group, the prices might change.

Rules and Regulations:

All tourists/Clients are subjected to obey the laws while in National Parks. Do not feed wild animals, you ruin their natural habitats. Do not litter the Park. Follow instructions given by your guide.

Risks:

The tourist/Client should understand that all tours are of an adventurous nature and may involve to personal risk. Neither the Company nor any of Agents can be held liable in any way for any injury, loss of life, damage to property, theft, howsoever caused. Travel insurance is very important
