TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. Travelling with children's child policies
Morani Tours & Services Ltd welcomes family traveling with their children
and we have well trained driver guides who knows how to take care of
children. However, its entire parents responsibility to take care of
their children and well being.
Children over 12 year most of the camps charge adult rates only reduction
on park entry fees.
Children under 3 years sharing with 2 fully paid adults - No Charge.
1 Child 4 to 12 year sharing room with parents 2 fully paid adult - 30%
reduction of Adult rate.
1 or 2 Children age 4 to 12 occupying there own room - 20% reduction of
Adult.
b. Prices
All the prices are US$ based on costs at the time of publication. We
reserve the right to change the prices at any time before your booking is
confirmed. If there is any changes we will confirm to you in writing
together with our confirmation of your booking.
c. Payment
A deposit of 45% of the total of the tour cost is required on confirmation
of services. The remaining amount must be paid 45 days before commencement
of our tours and safari. We accept all the payment can be paid by direct
bank transfer or Cash on arrival . Reservations are subjected to
cancellation if the balance is not paid before commencement of the tour.
d. Costs
Costs includes all expenses in respect of vehicles and the driver as per
the program. Entrance fee to the National parks and meals are included
unless otherwise advised.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing (Email is . Telephone
cancellations will not be considered valid. The date of the cancellation
will be the date shown the email was sent, but for posted cancellations,
the date of cancellation will be the date the letter is received, not the
date it may be postmarked.
e. Cancellation charges
More than 35 days 30% of total cost is non-refundable
14 - 7 days prior: 75% of total cost is non-refundable
6 days or less prior or no show: 100% of total cost is non-refundable.
f. Liability
Each package requires the combination of transport, meals, Park entrance
fees, accommodation and or other facilities or services. Morani Tours
&Safaris Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or expense arising from the
loss of property, cancellation or limitation of the tour however caused,
save only to the extent that such loss of baggage, cancellation or
limitation was caused by the Morani Tours & Safaris Ltd negligence. If you
wish to make any claims we need to receive customers claim in writing
within 21 days after the end of our services under the contract. All
claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this country in
which the action arises.
g. CHANGES
We reserve the right to make changes to our Itinerary by re-route, changes
on brochure and Web site details and arrangements both before and after
the booking has been made and confirm. Most changes will be minor and in
the favour of the client, but if we have to do significant changes you
will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity. In such cases you
will have the opportunity to accept the changes (and maybe the difference
in price) or to receive a full refund of your tour price.
