The company is led by a team of dynamic and young individuals with more than 16 years of experience in the tourism industry. The head office of the Company is located in Arusha and the branches in Moshi –Kilimanjaro and Dar es Salaam.

Background:

The geographical positioning of Tanzania in tourism and hospitality industry prompted the founders to form the company and develop modern, dynamic and well researched business strategies aiming at staging the company to the best in tourism and hospitality industry and capture the momentum of the booming tourism industry. User friendly, excellent services, conservation minded and local communities’ Community Based Tourism (CBT) being the back bone of the company.

The Morani Tours & Safaris Ltd being a fully locally owned private company seeks to expand its business enterprise in tour organizing, car hiring and travel agency. The expansion shall mean an increase in man power needed for the daily business operations a result of which shall be provision of employment opportunities to Tanzanians and East African member countries.

The Morani Tours & Safaris is now focused on diversifying its service products and operations so as to conquer the domestic market as part of company service expansion. The industry is heavily dependent on foreign tourists while there are very few indigenous people taking advantage of the vast natural resources available in the country.

The company is owned by indigenous Tanzanians Donald Mathew & Samuel Matunda whom are well organized, focused and dynamic professionals with a deep understanding in the travel agency, tourism and hospitality industry; and they all share common values.
