We had a terrible experience - they cancelled on us last minute and have not returned our money.
We paid $930 for a safari which was the full agreed-upon amount for our group. 24 hours prior to the safari we received an email stating we owed another $400. We declined to pay this since we had already paid in full, so they cancelled...
