Terms and Conditions of Zac Tac Adventures Tours and Safaris Travel Tour Company

1. Booking and Payment:
- To secure a booking with Zac Tac Adventures Tours and Safaris, a non-refundable deposit of [60]% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid [5] days prior to the tour departure date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or online payment platforms accepted by the company.
- Failure to make the full payment within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:
- In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy will apply:
- More than [14] days before tour departure: [45]% refund of the total tour cost.
- [7] to [14] days before tour departure: [65]% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than [5] days before tour departure: No refund will be provided.
- Any request for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Zac Tac Adventures Tours and Safaris.
- The company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

3. Travel Insurance:
- It is strongly recommended that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, delays, medical emergencies, or trip cancellations.
- Zac Tac Adventures Tours and Safaris shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the tour.

4. Health and Safety:
- Participants must ensure they are in good health and physically fit to undertake the activities included in the tour.
- It is the responsibility of participants to inform Zac Tac Adventures Tours and Safaris of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements prior to the tour.

5. Changes to Itineraries:
- Zac Tac Adventures Tours and Safaris reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, activities, or transportation if necessary, without prior notice. These changes will be made to enhance the overall tour experience or due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that respects the environment, local cultures, wildlife, and other participants.
- Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being removed from the tour, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability:
- Zac Tac Adventures Tours and Safaris shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or additional expense incurred before, during, or after the tour.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to take appropriate precautions to safeguard their valuables.

8. Jurisdiction:
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the tour itself shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Tanzania.
