Rates are valid from 1 January 2020 until 31 December 2020
1. Single supplement on packages.
2. All rates are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR).
3. Rates include transfer costs and KNP conservation fees.
4. Rates are subject to differ due to 3rd party suppliers.
5. Safaris and transfers are shared, unless otherwise stipulated.
6. Children 11 and under receive 50% discount for shared tours (if sharing with 2 adults)
7. Children 11 and under receive 25% discount for private tours (if sharing with 2 adults)
8. Children under the age of 8 will be booked part of a private tour with a minimum of 4 adults.
9. Safaris will be conducted within closed and air-conditioned safari vehicles, should your child be 4 years old or younger.
10. If you will be using our shuttle service and flying from OR Tambo International Airport on the last day of the tour, we advise that you do not book any flights departing earlier than 19:00 (domestic) or 21:00 (international).
11. As per the above point, we therefore do not accept any liability for guests missing flights should they book to fly on the last day of the tour.
12. We have a 20kg luggage restriction per person, with the exception of a small piece of hand luggage.
13. Shuttles from Johannesburg depart AT 6:45AM from the OR Tambo International Airport with Ashton Tours and a maximum 5km radius of the airport with Kruger via Panorama packages at 06h00-06h30am.
14. We can provide a list of accommodation options within the vicinity which include a shuttle service to and from the OR Tambo International Airport/bus terminal.
15. Clients can also access the OR Tambo Shuttle bus terminal from Sandton Hotels/Pretoria via the Gautrain service or Uber.
16. Clients will be collected from their place of accommodation between 6:00-6:30AM. These times will be confirmed when booking for your tour.
17. No pregnant women are allowed on safari.
