The rates quoted are inclusive of all current taxes and levies as of today. However, suppliers, including game park authorities, airlines, hotels, lodges, and camps—reserve the right to adjust their prices in response to changes in government taxes or levies, management or ownership changes, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Safari Safety & Park Regulations
• Speed Limits: For your safety and the protection of wildlife, our driver-guides are strictly prohibited from exceeding 50 KPH within game parks. Within the Ngorongoro Crater, the maximum speed is 25 KPH.
• Designated Routes: Game viewing is only permitted on designated tracks and roads. Off-road driving is strictly prohibited, except in certain authorized areas. Please consult your driver-guide for clarification.
• Night Game Drives: Driving in the parks is not allowed between 19:00 hours and 06:00 hours unless a specific night game drive is authorized, such as in Lake Manyara National Park.

General Terms & Conditions
1. Government Taxes and Levies:
All rates include current government taxes and levies. In the event of newly introduced statutory taxes or increases to existing levies by governmental or regulatory bodies, the additional charges will be passed on accordingly. Suppliers reserve the right to revise prices due to changes in taxation, management, or unforeseen events.
2. Luggage Guidelines:
To maximize storage space in safari vehicles and light aircraft, soft-sided luggage or duffel bags are required. Large, hard-shell suitcases (over 24" x 17" x 7") are not permitted. Travelers are advised to carry only soft-sided bags and secure travel insurance for personal belongings, as baggage is carried at the owner's risk.
3. Itinerary Re-Routing:
In cases where space is limited, itineraries may be re-routed while maintaining the same overall experience and number of game drives.
4. Seasonal Pricing:
Some bookings may span across different seasons. In such cases, quoted seasonal rates may not apply. Please contact us for a customized quote that reflects your specific travel dates.

TANZANIA NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY (TANAPA) FEES
The park entry fees included in your quote are based on the current TANAPA tariff, valid through 30th June 2025. Should any changes occur, any increases will be passed on to you.
