Booking & Payment:
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from our office.
The balance payment must be received prior to the commencement of the safari unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation charges may apply as follows:
More than 60 days before departure: Deposit refundable less administration fees.
30–59 days before departure: 50% of total safari cost.
15–29 days before departure: 75% of total safari cost.
Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total safari cost.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting any unrecoverable third-party costs.
Amendments:
Any requested changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Travel Insurance:
Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage, and emergency evacuation is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Health & Documentation:
Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documentation.
Guests should consult their healthcare provider regarding recommended vaccinations and malaria prophylaxis.
Liability:
While every effort is made to ensure safe and enjoyable travel, participation in safari activities is at the guest's own risk.
We act as agents for accommodation providers, airlines, transport companies, and other suppliers and cannot be held liable for loss, injury, damage, delays, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control.
Force Majeure:
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
Itinerary Changes:
We reserve the right to alter routes, accommodations, transportation, or activities when necessary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
Complaints:
Any complaints should be reported immediately during the safari to allow an opportunity for resolution. Complaints received after the safari may be more difficult to investigate.
