By booking with Olkondo Safaris, clients agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. A booking confirmation will be issued once payment is received.
2. Payment Policy
A deposit is required to secure all safari bookings, with the balance payable before or on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including park fees, accommodation rates, or government taxes.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date. No refunds are issued for no-shows or unused services once the safari has commenced.
5. Itinerary Changes
Olkondo Safaris reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, park regulations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
6. Travel Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including identification and any required visas or permits. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from incomplete documentation.
7. Accommodation & Services
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. In rare cases, equivalent alternatives may be provided if the original option is unavailable.
8. Liability
While we take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable safari experience, Olkondo Safaris is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by third parties or natural circumstances beyond our control.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
10. Agreement
By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
