There is the saying: "This is Africa". You should expect delays, creative deadlines, and challenges.
Not with Elephant Herd.
We had a wonderful time with no hiccups. They are extremely professional and punctual and what you say "yes to" is what you get. There were no times when we had doubts or any uncertainty.
The trip itself was amazing. We decided to go for a 4-day safari (in practice, this means 3 days, due to transport), which was a perfect length for us. It was super nice to both have a stay outside the park at Hazyview, but also have a night in the park. This gave two different experiences.
All the staff we interacted with were extremely nice and skilled.

Experienced and knowledgable guide
Our Guide Stanley, was such a pleasure, very friendly and knowledgable. We went on a half day tour to the Kruger park and thanks to Stanleys experience and expertise we were still able to see the big 5. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a guided tour through the park.

We had a great experience from the airport pickup, through Morning safari, panorama tour and experience with the Elephants. Our guide Bekhifa was an amazingly skilled safari guide, best driver I have ever met and a very warm person. He created memorable time for our family. I would just recommend.

Knowledgeable and very accommodating.
The driver was on time when he collected us in the early morning. Nothing ever felt as if he was chasing the sighting, he was super knowledgeable down to the small creatures and birds. Yet even got to see a Lion and Lepard. Thank you Elephant herd tours

Efficient, professional with good communication
All the transfers were on time. The accommodation was excellent. The game drives were good with guides who had an extensive knowledge of both the park and animals.

Remember is the best Safari Guide

He picked us up at 5 am from our resort in Hazyview just to be on time in Kruger before sunrise.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly
Our Safari tour with Elephant Herd was wonderful. We did 2 days in Kruger and our guide Bhekifa went above and beyond to help us see as many animals as possible, and he was extremely knowledgeable and amazing at spotting and looking for animals. Elephant Herd was very responsive and organised, highly recommend
